walk to the Pink or Blue Lines or walk downtown it's that close. This is a bright tree top apartment on the third floor in a walk up building. Top floor is desirable no footsteps above your head and the sun pours through the windows & skylight

The property is beautiful and in such a quiet, quaint, neighborhood. It is easy walking to local restaurants, parks, and minutes to downtown. The assigned parking is nice but if you have a larger vehicle it is a very tight space. The unit was clean and quiet. We would most definitely stay again! John was very responsive and accommodating to our needs during the stay!

Absolutely amazing location, price, and amenities. Everything was clean and well put together. Loved how close to the train station we were and how comfortable the unit was. Plenty of space for a small group of people. Will be looking to book again in the future if I have a group of this size. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Convenient to medical center, UIC, tons of restaurants. Quick walk to pink or blue line, or walk all the way downtown. Host was responsive and super helpful (especially when we locked ourselves out, oops). Nice touches of candy, snacks, and plenty of coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

So clean! So easy! So pretty! Perfectly ideal for 6 people, 4 adults, 2 kids, family friendly. Host is amazing! Process was so enjoyable! Will definitely book again next time! Apartment was the nicest vacation spot ever! Right in the middle of everything - easy to get to and get around. Best experience! Extremely happy! What a gorgeous property! The rooms were perfect, the kitchen was lovely, and it was right in the middle of so much. I would not recommend this property if you can’t do a lot of stairs or if you have to carry up a small child, and the parking space given is TIGHT. Otherwise, just perfect!

We loved our stay at the Graystone. It was clean, cozy, safe, great neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and every amenity was considered. There were snacks, coffee, ice, toiletries... you really could not ask for more. Great walking area. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Chicago. Thanks John for a wonderful stay!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The place was amazing. Our best vacation rental ever!! Every detail was thoughtfully cared for (our teens ate way too many of the treats in the candy jar!). The beds were comfortable, the windows so big and so quiet, the bathrooms cozy, the art throughout the apartment beautiful. We enjoyed playing games and reading the books about Chicago and just sitting on the steps outside watching people go by. The location was awesome. Super close to the Polk L line, and Taylor Street food and so many great parks. We just loved walking around the neighborhood!We did have a minor electrical issue and John was super kind and responsive and helpful throughout. He was also super knowledgeable about the neighborhood and gave us some great suggestions for things to do. It made for a magical time in Little Italy. We can't wait to come back again!

Great Space, Wonderful Host, and Perfect Location!We had a wonderful experience staying at this property with a group of 6 adults. The layout is great even with a full house, we had plenty of room and never felt crowded.What we loved:Comfort & Amenities: The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.Excellent Hosting: The owner was wonderful to work with, incredibly prompt and communicative both before and during our stay.Location: It’s located in a very quaint, quiet neighborhood that is highly walkable to great local spots to eat and drink. Plus, being so close to the Pink Line made traveling into downtown completely effortless.Good to know for future guests:The Layout: The rental is on the third floor, so be prepared for a very healthy number of stairs to climb!Sound: The walls/floors are on the thinner side, so you may hear some ambient noise from the neighborhood or downstairs neighbors.Overall, it’s a spacious, comfortable, and well-connected place to stay. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at this 4-bedroom Vrbo in Chicago’s Little Italy! The home was tasteful and had a cozy common area perfect for our group to relax. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, and the kitchen had everything we needed for quick meals. There are a lot of stairs to get into the unit but not a problem for our group of retirees with luggage. The neighborhood was charming and walkable, with great restaurants and cafes nearby, and it was easy to get to the city’s top attractions via uber. The host was responsive and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago!

This place is a true gem. Tucked into a quiet pocket of Little Italy, it is surrounded by great spots all within walking distance. We originally chose it for its proximity to the United Center, but getting downtown was just as easy with a quick Metra ride or even a longer walk if you are up for it.John was fantastic to work with, very clear, responsive, and easygoing throughout. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need and more.One thing to keep in mind is the stairs. They are steep and narrow, which could be tricky for some guests.
