The detached holiday home, renovated in 1998, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, gazebo, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire area and courtyard.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
