Amazing vacation stay

I have stayed in several locations around Rincon over the last 12 years. My husband and I weren't traveling with additional family so we needed a smaller place. The rental was fabulous! It had two rooms, was the cleanest place with great decor. I loved the balcony looking at the ocean. We saw beautiful sunsets at night. It was peaceful and relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and the marina was key. We can't wait to stay here again.

Dad & daughter trip

My 13yo & I had a blast exploring this corner of Puerto Rico. My family is from PR but I'd never been to Rincon before. This property was perfect for our 10-day stay, centrally located to lots of good beaches and restaurants and bakeries. We were in the water every day. Also a couple waterfalls we enjoyed swimming at - one nearby, one about 45min away. Parking at the condo was easy, coffee pot worked, beds were comfortable, view was good. I would stay here again if I am back in Rincon. A couple hiccups: there was no wi-fi while we were there, and the tv was not working correctly until it was re-set halfway through the trip, but we weren't in PR to watch tv anyway! My iPhone worked fine in this area on my data plan - just mention the wi-fi in case someone was planning to use this location for remote work. You'd want to make sure it had been sorted out. Erica was very responsive, had the cable company out to try to fix the wifi, but no luck. Again, did not negatively impact our trip at all. And the price was adjusted, which I didn't even request or expect. Great experience.

Nice property

The location was great, good for visiting Rincon and other destinations on the west side of PR. The unit was fine, though the couches were not comfortable - seems like an easy fix. All though the unit is waterfront, you cannot see water from the patio - only the parking lot and landscaping. Upper story units may provide a better view, wish I had booked one of those. The beach was a very short walk, and generally private. The beach in front of the unit did not seem good for swimming, but many good locations nearby. The snorkeling in this area was amazing! Overall I would recommend this property.

First time Puerto Rico

I needed a vacay and decided last minute to surf in Rincon. Used VRBO and found this great place in a great location. Wonderfully close to the ocean on a Marine Reserve. Water so clear. Close to everything. Walking distance to many restaurants and or private beach. Ryan and Erica were great hosts.

Perfect location

We loved every moment here. The oceanfront water views are sensational. The condo has everything you need and is very clean. You can walk to a great juice bar, a few great restaurants, amazing snorkeling, SUP, the best surf spots, boating. We'll definitely be back soon. Communication was great.

Comfortable and close to everything!

The location can't be beat! You will be waterfront and the sound of crashing waves will soothe your soul! Walk to nearby restaurants, coffee, dive shops, marina....this location is perfect! Safe, gated community with only 12 condos. Condo is cozy yet comfortable, and had everything we needed. Managers communicated promptly whenever we reached out.

Awesome Stay!

Everything during our stay was exactly what we were looking for in a rental. The condo was homey and comfortable with all the necessary kitchen and bath items to make your stay enjoyable. It's a safe, clean, family atmosphere. The location is secluded and quiet but within a 2 minute walk to 4 restaurants, the marina beach, scuba/snorkeling tours, standup paddle board (SUP)/kayak rentals and a juice/coffee bar. If sunsets are what you're looking for, you won't find better vantage point than the ones from the balcony. You also have a great view of Desecheo Island. We, including a finicky 4 year old, felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Highly recommended!

Second time around

This is the second time we stay at this property. It a little more expensive than other properties. However,it is worth the premium. One of the AC units failed during our stay. The manager Erica was very prompt in addressing it. The portable unit the brought in worked for us. When things don't work perfectly is when property managers have a chance to shine. Ryan and Erica again shined for us. I can only say, see you again next year.

Great condo with amazing views

We arrived to Rincon late but Ryan sent us step by step instructions on how to get to the condo. Once we arrived we found the condo to be very accommodating and spacious. We loved the local restaurants 2 are within walking distance as well as steps beach, snorkel rentals, bars, and water sports. Overall we had an amazing stay and Ryan was a great host! Would highly recommend and will be back. I would also add that the area was very safe and the locals were understanding and helped us with our Spanish. Great food, amazing people, and such a lovely trip.

All you really need in paradise!

This oceanfront condo was a perfect place for my boyfriend and I to stay in February. Although it was just the two of us, two more adults or kids could have easily stayed in the second bedroom. We loved the oceanfront, covered balcony to watch for whales in the morning and the green flash in the evening. The condo is steps away from restaurants, bars and world-class surfing and snorkeling spots and we took advantage of all of them. The unit was very clean, comfortable and has a washer and dryer, barbecue and Wi-Fi, which were all nonnegotiable for the place we chose. Highly recommend!

Clean, cozy, secure. Location! Location!

Secure gated well kept complex. Great water front location. Walking distance next door to a marina, restaurants, and bars. The super clean 2nd floor end unit has a great balcony view. The well maintained unit is very charming, cozy, functional, and inviting. Convenient close location between town and the best Rincon surf spots. Highly recommend!

Rincon s Finest

First let me begin by saying it is easy dealing with Ryan and English speaking people when visiting a place that is is primarily Spanish speaking. This made the renting process stress free. Vista del Mar property is a gated property. You feel safe. It is clean,and the grounds maintained. Our rental was adorable. It was so tastefully decorated in the beach theme..not gaudy..classy. All the amenities where included. We enjoyed coffee on our balcony each morning and cocktails and amazing sunsets each evening. The Tres Palmas reserve beach right in front is the best for snorkeling. .there are no fast boats jet skis just pure bliss. I found the best part of this rental was the proximity to the Sandy public beach steps away for boating trips and Rincon bests restaurants steps away. We headed over to domes to surf just a 3 minute car ride or down to Sandy beach a 5 minute car ride.Town is also a 5 minute car ride. We are already deciding when we can return to Rincon. The flights are short and the airport close,and no dollar exchange.
