Located near the shores of Deep Creek Lake, this inviting two-story vacation home is the perfect getaway for any season!

Inside, the well-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar is ready for all your favorite meals. Gather around the indoor dining table for six to enjoy your meals or a fun board game night. Step outside to the furnished deck, where you can fire up the gas grill for an alfresco dining experience. After a day of adventure or relaxation by the lake, unwind in the private hot tub, a perfect spot to soak under the stars.

The lower level features a cozy main living area with a TV and the warm ambiance of a gas fireplace. Upstairs, the furnished loft offers a double sofa bed, a second TV, a pub-height table, and an air hockey table for some friendly competition.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was clean and the fam enjoyed the heck out of it. It has a 10 am departure on departure day though.

Fall Getaway

House was clean on arrival with fresh sheets on the beds. There were a few small touches that were nice too, some fresh towels for each room and complimentary soaps for all the bathrooms. The house itself is both cozy and spacious. The air hockey table has seen better days but was still fun to play on. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it was clean and warm when we arrived!

Wedding weekend

This house was close (meaning within walking distance) of our rehearsal dinner we hosted and a 5 minute drive to the wedding venue. We had 7 people at the house and there was plenty of room for all. It was nice having a living space upstairs as well as down. We would definitely rent this house again!

I give this place 4 stars overall only because we didn’t have hot water while we were staying. Everything else was so clean, all the directions we needed we had infront of us. We didn’t have hot water the entire weekend, but they were kind enough to waive our cleaning fee & give us our first night free. We absolutely love this & will definitely be back!

The home was an excellent property in an area with which we were familiar. Everyone was comfortable. The only concern we had was thaat the trash from the previous renters was still there. The rental company took care of that early the next day. We will however make a return visit using the same rental company. Clearly that was a flike, not to be repeated.

It would have been nice to know…

The main connector road (Glendale) to Garrett Highway from our rental was closed and has been for months. Every time we needed to go for groceries, boating, dinner, we had a 12 minute drive to get to the intersection that we could literally see from the entrance to the neighborhood, .2 miles away. It would have been nice to have been told this so I could have made an informed decision. We had six people and so every time we went anywhere, two cars had to take this route. The house itself was beautiful and well appointed. Would stay there again once the road is open.

Lake Escape

Very nice rental. Lots of space and amenities. Really great kitchen and comfortable living areas. Liked the gravel walking path around community and fire pit (didn't use pit though) Door key pad was temperamental. Sometimes took a few tries to get it to be visible. Near end of stay the key pad said battery needed to be replaced, so that must have been the issue. Some of the beds were very comfortable, others not (bedroom behind kitchen was very uncomfortable) There was a lot of dust (on all window blinds, under furniture, especially). If you have allergies, this is a problem. It would have also been helpful to have an instruction for the TV remotes in each space and indication of switches or where remotes for ceiling fans were located.
