Quiet Island retreat but within walking distance to shopping and dining. You are steps away from Starbucks, Sandy Bottom Bagels, and Sweet Mamas just to name a few. You can even bike to the beach! This is a bottom floor unit with a spacious living and dining area. The well stocked, eat in kitchen looks onto the covered rear patio. Two bedrooms have direct bath access. The third bedroom has a comfy daybed that can be set up as two single beds or a king bed. The complex is gated and offers a pool and fitness room.

It was a little hard to find in the dark, but we did receive good directions from the owner. No problem using the keyless entry as some reviewers had. Very nice condo with plenty of room for the 3 of us. We would rent this condo again!

Great location—bikes a big plus

The condo was in a great location, close to stores, restaurants, everything you need. What’s more, six bikes were provided so we and our guests were able to bike to the pier, the beach and parks. Stacie was very responsive. The washer and dryer were nice and big.

Sweet Getaway

I took the whole family, and we were accommodated, properly. The host was very receptive to my questions. Nice rear outdoor seating area in a quiet community. Everything worked including the TVs. Close to the beach and shops so it was a great location.

Spacious condo. Quiet Property is well kept, furniture is good. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 preteen kids. Everything is clean. Owner communication great. 2nd time we gave stayed here and will probably book it twice a year now. Walking distance from chickfila, restaurants and winn dixie.

Family visit to St Simons

Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. The beds were conformable for most of us. My only complaint is the listing showed a king bed and day bed in one of the rooms. There is no king bed, so that needs to be corrected. However, we were delighted with the property and we enjoyed our stay.

We go to the island several times a year. We usually stay with my in-laws but our family has outgrown their home so we decided to get this place for the week of the 4th. Had a great stay and the location was perfect! Right near the round about where we could get groceries easily and ride the golf cart to get our morning coffee. Great value rental. 😁 Highly recommend! Will definitely return!

All appliances we needed, including wi-fi were available. Several comfortable beds. Including day bed with trundle. It is easy to see that the owners take pride in their rental. Very well kept. Beds were comfortable, ceiling fans in all rooms. Pool, few feet from condo. Mcdonalds. Chic fila and Winn Dixie a short walk away.

The pictures don’t do it justice

The condo was much nicer than the pictures. Great location, close to the lighthouse, close to Winn Dixie, close to the beach. Very clean and maintained. Quiet condo complex, although I was surprised when I heard a jet engine, but not loud. There is a small jet airport nearby, but you have to be outside to hear it. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the property manager seemed annoyed on a Friday after 5pm when I called because the internet password was mistyped on the website (it was correct on the refrigerator), and after paying a decent amount for clean up, we were expected to wash the linens. I am disabled and I don’t even do our linens at home. I do recommend this condo.
