Great rental. Awesome property, extremely clean, very spacious and great host. Would definitely rent again. We boat on the West coast of Florida often and this was one of the best rentals we have had.

Home was very spacious and clean! Great location, easy onto AMI, yet quiet. Great heated pool and outdoor seating! Kitchen stocked well and laundry facilities. Comfortable beds and plenty of seating for everyone.

Well appointed very large home close to everything. We had family down from Michigan and wanted to be close to beaches. Coquina beach was beautiful. The house was very well stocked and had plenty of space to entertain. We fished a bit out on the canal behind the house. My hosts were very helpful and took the couple of suggestions we made to improve further upon a stellar place. The heated pool option was well worth it. Would definitely stay in this or other properties this host has. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location for large families

Everything about this stay was amazing!! Great communication leading up to and during our stay, plenty of space and activities for our group of 13, clean, and a great location on the water with BEAUTIFUL sunset views!! This location is perfect for a large group looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

The pool was wonderful and our family loved it! The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and easily accommodated our family of 10. The game room entertained the young and old, and was such a beautiful view. The house was well equipped with lots of extras for cooking. We would highly recommend this wonderful Paradise and look forward to coming back again!

Eberything was just as we hope it would be. The house was very spacious and well maintain We had 5 adults and 5 children and the house accomindated us very well. We would definitely will stay there again, and would recomend this property to our friends. Thanks for everthing and especially the house warming gift.

Great location!

We did a family vacation here with my parents and my brother and his family. The house was just like the pictures and description show. Jenny was very attentive, answered questions quickly, and was a great host! Would recommend!

Great place to stop for both business and pleasure - thanks for having some of the usual items available - including coffee, spices, beach chairs, etc. Was a great place to spend a few days, for both work and a bit of fishing time as well!

Gorgeous home on water

Beautiful home with many amenities. The DeSoto memorial park and Robinson preserve are nearby and provide for lovely hikes. Driving to AnnaMaria beaches can take extra time due to traffic

Best location to accommodate all

This was the perfect location to accommodate everyone in the family; from the dock, fishing, pool for swimming, family room for games, office for work, etc! This place is perfect!
