With a private waterfront backyard, and our home's prime location in the heart of Bradenton, in close proximity to all of the area's attractions, your stay with us will definitely be one of a kind!

As the newest STAYAWHILE property, Lakeshore is a 2,365 sq. ft. home that boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office space with a daybed, a brand new modern and fully equipped kitchen, luxurious decor and a vast lakefront backyard with a private, lanai covered pool, surrounded by comfy outdoor seating.

Most importantly, Lakeshore's located in one the friendliest and most serene neighborhoods in Bradenton. And no need to worry about activities to partake in, with all the attractions surrounding us - 5.8 miles to Downtown Bradenton, 7.2 miles to the famous IMG Academy, 6.8 miles to Anna Maria Island and its breathtaking beaches, and 9.2 miles to Coquina Beach.

And let’s not forget the Robinson preserve - only 1.9 miles away, where you can enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and so many more activities. Not a dull moment when staying with us.

- Free parking on the premise (driveway can fit up to 4 cars)
- Prep dinner on the BBQ grill (guest is kindly asked to refill the gas tank at the local store for $20)

- Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt & pepper and soap provided.
- Washer/Dryer & detergent: perfect for extended stay guests and sports tournaments!
- Beach equipment: 1-2 beach umbrellas, 4-6 beach chairs, 1 beach mat and 1 beach towel for each guest.
- Central Air & Heating.
- High speed wi-fi.

Furry Friends
- Prior approval is required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture, bedding or in the pool.

KINDLY NOTE
- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front door and garage). No inside cameras.
- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.
- The heated pool feature is available for an extra $20/night or $400/month (offered from October till May). If you would like to purchase the pool heating feature, please note that it covers the entirety of your stay, and pool heater may take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temp, so kindly let us know before you check-in.
- Pool settings are all scheduled. When booked, pool heat is set to 85 degrees, however pool temps are impacted if the weather drops below 60 degrees. So, unfortunately, pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke detector, first aid kit.
- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.
- Our house is right on open water so we may experience wild animals. we have secure pet area in a section of the yard. please proceed with caution.
- Please note that no motorsports are allowed in the lake, as it's too narrow, You can, however, fish off the dock.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the security of our guests, every guest who enters the home during your stay MUST be listed on the reservation or disclosed to the host. Please, make sure to register the correct number of guests. Undisclosed guests who are not included in the official confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund, and can incur an additional charge of $25/guest/night.
