The apartment is about 60 m² in size and designed for two to four people. It consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed, separate modern kitchen, large hall, shower and toilet and a bedroom with double bed. The living room is modern, with a comfortable couch, 40 flat screen TVs and small desk corner. The cozy bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, with a small freezer and coffee maker, toaster and other kitchen utensils. In the spacious hallway is a large wardrobe. The apartment is intended for non-smokers, even pets are not allowed because of the underlying restaurant kitchen. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included.

Our two apartments are located directly above the oldest wine bar in Speyer, in the middle of the pedestrian zone in the center of the city. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous cafés, which invite you for a leisurely breakfast. The strolling mile from Speyer, the Maximilianstrasse, is on our doorstep. In the supermarket opposite you will find everything you need for your personal needs. The historic sights of the more than two thousand years old cathedral city are within easy walking distance. Or you use a device that has been copied many times or envied by many cities: the city shuttle. In ten-minute intervals drives from the main station through the pedestrian area on the cathedral, the Historical Museum of the Palatinate and the Museum of Technology over to Bademaxx, the indoor and outdoor pool with sauna. And the nice thing is that the ticket costs only one euro and is valid all day, no matter how often and in which direction you drive! And another highlight: the stops are virtually in front of our door.
