Located in a bustling, up-and-coming neighborhood in South Fayetteville, our home is within TWO miles of EVERYTHING our city has to offer. The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District and restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill and Feed & Folly are just 0.5 miles from the house - you can easily walk there in minutes. And if you're looking to catch a game at the Razorback Stadium, you can travel just two miles up the road!



Upon entering our home, you'll immediately see the stairs leading up to our second floor. If you turn to the left, you'll enter into our open concept living, dining and kitchen area! Immediately to the right, you'll see our main lounge area. This space is complete with a huge sectional, two plush leather lounge chairs, a desk area, a two-top table with barstools and a 70-inch Vizio Smart TV. Take a look in the entertainment center and you'll find board and card games.



Directly behind the living room, you'll see our 6-top dining table. This cozy space is perfect for communal dining, great conversation and board games with your crew. Behind that, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen! In the center of this space, you'll see our butcher block island with two barstools. In the kitchen, you'll have access to amenities such as a Keurig, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage. You'll also have access to a large glass door leading out to the side of the house.



If you head upstairs, you'll enter into our secondary living area, which is complete with a leather couch, our Mr. Pac Man 2 player machine and a 50-inch Hisense Roku TV.



When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three private rooms:

(1) Our primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet, 55-inch TCL Roku TV and stunning en suite bath.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen size bunk bed that sleeps 4 people with a closet, 50-inch Hisense Roku TV and shared bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and shared bath.

A Queen size air mattress can be found in the upstairs bedroom closet.



In our 1-car garage, you'll find bike racks, a workstation, and a wash station - the perfect setup to keep your bike in top shape before hitting the trails!



If you're looking to experience Fayetteville like a local, venture just 0.5 miles outside the front door! The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District and restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill, Crisis Brewing and Feed & Folly are just STEPS away.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Please note that this home has a shared driveway, 1-car garage and street parking are available.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
