The apartment 50 sqm is accessible at ground level through a separate entrance. Through a small hall you reach the living and kitchen area - fitted kitchen, richly equipped with a dining area. The living room has a couch, which can be changed to a bed 1,4X2m if necessary. A TV-SAT system with radio, CD and USB, provides for varied entertainment. Bathroom and bedroom can be reached from the floor area. The spacious bedroom with closet and luggage rack, the double bed 2X2m, slatted adjustable - ensures a good night's sleep. In front of the house is a terrace with garden furniture at your disposal.
