The condo provided our family and pets to enjoy a quick getaway to the beach. The beach access is short and easy to get to. When we arrived, a cleaning company was there finishing up cleaning the sofas from a spill on a sofa cushion. Overall, we would stay here again. There are several lock numbers to use- take a screenshot and your phone with you for the front door access. It wasnt a disruption to our visit though.

This was the perfect location! Things within walking distance for my family, the little stream right out back, the pool, and ocean location. Everything was great! The condo itself was nice. Lots of room for the three of us, clean when we got in, etc. I didn't like the pinpad as it got stuck and wouldn't let us in a few times. Other than that, I'd stay here again for sure!

The property had the perfect location, was very clean, and the private beach and pool area was a plus! Will definitely be back! I wish the condo itself had an ocean view but the pond was a nice view and you can hear the waves at night.

The unit was clean and easy to find. Convenient to lots of food and entertainment. Couple of downsides were stairs and a gate for beach access and no beach chairs or umbrellas included in the rental fee.

Very nice condo and location

The condo is very clean, well stocked with all the necessary equipment (pots, pans, utensils, mugs/glasses, etc). One issue was that the tile floor needed to be moped... our feet / socks were dirty so we had to clean our feet before getting into bed. The location was perfect...not too crowded. Will return for another visit.

Loved this place but still upset.

Great place, great location, enjoyed our stay. Not giving a good review because I left a few of my favorite items hanging in the master bedroom closet, called that next morning when they opened, and never heard anything back from the owners or anyone. So my clothes got stolen from the cleaning company or the next people moving in and I had NO KNOWLEDGE whether they even asked anyone if they’re there. Extremely angry. Won’t rent from these owners again now. ✌🏻

The place was clean and everything was new but the fridge leaked water inside. The toilet stopped working. We had to refill the tank several times. We found towels in a space bag in the closet, not displayed out. The lock for the door kept chipping out. So I had to put in the code several times to unlock it. The washer and dryer were facing sideways so I can’t see my clothes in the dryer. Not enough baking pans. No seasoning

Sugar Beach sSeot Stay

Arrived shortly after 4:00 pm on 7/22/2023. Access to condo was simple, condo was very clean. Other than the following two items there were no problems and we would, without hesitation, stay at this condo again 1. The heating elements on the stovetop do not plug in evenly, resulting in a surface that is ‘not flat’ for pits/pans to sit on while cooking. This could be a safety issue. 2. The temperature of the hot water seems to be set at a very high temp. In seconds the water is scalding hot. Once this is realized it was not an issue,but, a small child or an elderly person might not move fast enough to a sound burns. Other than those two items, all was pretty close to perfect.

Nice quiet location but we had issues!!

The location was good. The place was clean and a perfect size for what we needed. The beds were very uncomfortable though. My biggest issue is that when booking through VRBO the listing said pet fees included when you say yes to pets in your search. This put us within the price range we were looking for. As with all rentals you get a limited time frame for cancels so it was very frustrating that we received an email three days prior to our check-in....which was past out cancelation time frame...that the location it's self required a $20 per car parking fee plus additional fees for having a pet. The fee we were told we would have to pay was an additional $150. Not to mention you are required to submit vaccination records for your pet as well. This left us rearranging were our dog stayed while down for the weekend. Luckily family was able to accommodate. My other complaint was that we arrived very late on a Friday night. So we planned on checking in with the office the next day to get codes for various access. Well the office was closed. Reached out to vacasa for codes. Was told we had to pay the fees before getting the codes and that the office would be open at 11am. Went to the office at 11:30am and it was still closed. Scanned the qr code payed parking fee that ended up being $26 dollars not $20. The sign on the door said come back for wrist bands and parking info. Checked blue boxes periodically the rest of our stay and our info was never put in the box like I was instructe

Perfect!

This condo could not have been better for a one bedroom! We normally stay in Ocean View units, but didn't really miss it. Small ponds around the property and beautiful landscape. Beach and pool a short walk! The inside could not be prettier! Everything is color corrinated, new and clean. In addition there is everything you need from a new sponge to salt and pepper! We will definitely try to book again!!

Very spacious home with tons of local wildlife right outside the patio! You can overlook the pond to see the turtles, fish, birds, and then see lizards too! We loved the short walk straight to the beach and the nice security of the gates and codes!

Absolutely Charming!!

My husband and I came to PCB for a quick business/pleasure trip. This adorable condo was perfect for our needs! The bed was extremely comfortable and the decor truly made us feel like we were in a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook "in" when we didn't want to go out...but one of the nights we did go out and we didn't need to drive anywhere because everything we possibly needed was within walking distance. One of the best things about this condo is that you can park right in front of it and walk right out your back sliding glass door to get to the beach. No elevator waits, no crowds, plus the security gate made us feel very protected and kept the complex calm and peaceful. The community area was very relaxing and had a lending library and ping pong table....we really appreciated the pool also and couldn't believe it was actually refreshing and didn't feel like bath water at the end of the summer. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and it was wonderful not to have to compete with any crowds. We will definitely return!!
