A beautiful home in Sierra Vista, 10 minutes from Fort Huachuca, and downtown. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; (Master bath with walk in shower) laundry room, master bedroom with King bed, second bedroom with Queen bed and third bedroom with two twin beds. Size is 1340 square feet, has a gas fireplace and a screened in back porch area. Back yard is fully landscaped with beautiful shaded areas. Completely furnished, all utilities included, washer/dryer, linens/towels, pots/pans/silverware, everything you need to just bring your clothes and move in. Community recreation center is right around the corner and has two large swimming pools (one heated), one kiddie pool, hot tub, playground, fitness room, pool table room, barbeque grills, horseshoe pit. No 'sharing' required - this is for the whole house, not just one room.
Two children are included, so only enter the number of children IN EXCESS of 2 in your inquiry.
Dogs accepted on an approval basis - there is a $75 fee per pet. Contact for more details

Our original home is in the upper midwest, but we have enjoyed escaping the cold weather by coming to Sierra Vista for several years. This area has become our 2nd home. We hope you and your family appreciate it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This home is only 10 minutes from the Fort, if you are coming here to work on post. If you are here for vacation, we are on the south side of town, closer to the mountains where you'll find excellent hiking and birding opportunities, and well as cave exploring down in Coronado National Monument, and sightseeing in the area (Bisbee, Tombstone, Kartchner Caverns, etc)
