Thank you for your review and for your understanding! The pool heater issue was unfortunately due to a mechanical failure on the community HOA’s system, which was beyond our control. However, we’re glad they were able to get it repaired during your stay. We appreciate your patience and are happy to hear that you found our team helpful throughout your three-week visit. We’d love to welcome you back in the future!
