We have been living in the Sarasota area for the last five years and have fell in love with the area. We have picked this property for the close proximity to the most beautiful beaches, the spectacular view of the bay, the active and vibrant downtown and the large choices for shopping and eateries. You can also take advantage of the under-building garage assigned to your condo. Hope you enjoy your time here as much as we have over the years!

Whether you desire a day on the crystal clear waters in your very own kayak, paddle-board or jet-ski or rent one from many in the area, you can launch from the connected boardwalk! The boardwalk spans along the waterfront and offers spectacular views of Sarasota Bay. Enjoy a luxurious day of fishing, have a stroll and take in the views enjoying the sunset from your private balcony. The view is the perfect setting for a romantic meal, and the boardwalk can also serve as a prime fishing location or some quality alone time.
Boat docks are also available for your personal or rented boat or jet-ski where you can launch and dock from your doorstep!

There are many rental options in the area so you can launch from the boardwalk and get your friends and family active.
