Relax in the fenced backyard with a gas grill and fire pit, or take a dip in the community pool (open March-October). Explore 30A with four provided bikes and the miles of nearby paved paths, and end your day with a short stroll to the pristine white-sand beaches.

Guest Access:
Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Exterior cameras present at the home

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
