Good rental with great hosts

The host is awesome at communicating and accommodating needs. We stayed here for a month and a half while looking for a home to buy. Townhome is super cute on the inside and there’s a lot of storage space. Pretty clean overall but there’s some nooks and crannies that could be deep cleaned. The one major con is that it’s on a pretty run down street but inside the unit itself is very nice. Once again, great host!

Good location but not work friendly

The home was nice and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and cozy. One major issue was that the wifi/internet connection did NOT work. However... **BEWARE** - This listing is owned by a property management company that charges an additional cost if you bring pets, which is expressly NOT detailed (and at the time of writing this review still is not) in the VRBO listing. I rented this location because we needed somewhere to bring our pets while having house maintenance done, but only AFTER booking through VRBO, received an entirely separate email (not via VRBO) from the property management company detailing an additional $100 fee for bringing pets. While it may be buried somewhere in VRBO's fine print, I still recognize this to be a very underhanded tactic that VRBO should address specifically. If you're not bringing pets and do not have need for reliable, working internet, then this is a fine location. Otherwise, I do not recommend.
