Access to restaurants like Old Lady Gang, Chick-fil-A, slutty vegan, Sundial. Located at a dead end street, this house gives you lots of privacy, quiet suburban feel in the city. Very safe street, all owner occupied for generations. Alarm system for added security. Hardwood floors throughout, tasteful unique eclectic decor, super clean.
