Great quiet rental describes this 3-bedroom, 1-bath, comfortable Ranch, with a day bed in the sun-room and large wooden private deck overlooking an oak forest. Bike west a ½-mile along the home’s quiet street and join the Cape Cod Rail Trail or head east and ride over the miles of wooded trails in the National Seashore between Nauset Light Beach and north to Marconi, stopping to enjoy the striking Ocean views from the dunes. Relax and enjoy Marconi or Nauset Light Beach, only 5 minutes away, or stay “home” and read your favorite book in the sun room or on the outdoor deck. End your day naturally in the spacious “couples” outdoor shower(2 shower heads) followed by a relaxing meal on the deck. AT night enjoy an outside fire in our chiminea...wood supplied. Well behaved pets are welcome to join your family on vacation. Our family rented in Eastham for 26 years and we know what makes a vacation in a rental home a memorable one! With this in mind, we have worked hard to make your stay in our home a pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable one!
Location: This property is centrally located to nearly all vacation venues available on the Cape! Enjoy!
This home is just perfect. There is a deck that is so large the owner could charge additional rent just for the deck. Our dog loved the deck and almost wore out the floor walking day and night. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want or need. There were so many spices and cooking supplies all you need to bring is food. The bedrooms/beds are a great size and the porch is the perfect place to sit at night and read a book listening to the peace and quiet surrounding you. The internet service was like being home, no issues at all.
The home was very clean and well maintained, as advertised.
You will love this rental in Eastham !!
We had another amazing year at Frank and Joan's Cape Cod rental property. We spent every evening on the back deck with each other watching the stars and enjoying Cape Cod. The proximity of the house to the ocean is perfect for early morning coffee and even leaving the beach for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime.
It's a very clean house and that isn't always the case when you stay at a dog friendly property. Our dog, Newton, loved the woods in the back yard! Unlike a lot of surrounding properties, it's very secluded and private and you feel like you have the entire Cape to yourself.
We also loved house quick it was to get onto Route 6 from Railroad Ave and how close we were to the bike path.
We can't wait for next year!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was very comfortable for our family -- my husband, myself, our three teenagers, and the dog. We loved the deck, grill, outdoor shower, ceiling fans & air conditioning, washer & dryer, well appointed kitchen, lovely wooded, quiet setting, & the close proximity to Nauset Light Beach -- it could not have been better! So comfortable & relaxing for us. Nobody wanted to leave! We recommend Arnold's Seafood, Red Barn Pizza, and seal watching in the early morning at Nauset Light :-)
Hi Frank and Joan,
I meant to send along this email last summer but got too busy with work… We want you to know that we really enjoyed our stay at your home. It was so quiet and relaxing and the location was perfect as we were always able to park at Nauset Light Beach. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and the peacefulness of the view of the back woods. Also, we want to compliment you on how well stocked the kitchen was having all we would ever need to cook including pots/pans and even spices! Thanks again and we look forward to our time there again this year.

We just returned from our week at this cottage and enjoyed ourselves very much. The house's proximity to just about everyplace was terrific; we loved the quiet deck and enjoyed being able to bike, swim, and shop nearby. The kids are now tanned, tired, and beached out.
We especially liked the outdoor shower--we never even used the tub. And the deck is big enough to give ballroom dancing lessons on (although we didn't do that). We enjoyed the screen porch, where we did jigsaw puzzles and played with the games. The kids liked being able to bike themselves to get ice cream on the bike trail, and we like the quietness and privacy of the spot while being so near to Nauset Light Beach--one of the truly great beaches on the Cape for surf and sand.
The house is well situated and outfitted, tidy and pleasant. We really appreciated a place we could bring our old dog to, as well.
Thanks for everything, Frank and Joan!
Eastham is centrally located within the National Seashore. As stated by the National Seashore on its website: “Created in 1961 by President John F. Kennedy, the Cape Cod National Seashore consists of 43,500 acres of beaches, ponds, and woods, stretching from Chatham to Provincetown, Massachusetts. The beaches are windswept and the water is cold, but the views are spectacular. Nauset Lighthouse provides a perfect New England photo op and Coast Guard Beach was rated one of America’s top ten beaches in 2007.” Our house is also within a half mile of the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading, and jogging. You can also ride your “mountain” bike, walk or jog through the miles of wooded dune trails in the National Seashore. Other local attractions include: Cape Cod National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor's Center; Marconi Beach; Coast Guard Beach; Audubon Bird Sanctuary;Flea market.
Other Activities: Near the ocean, well behaved pets welcome, WiFi access, TV, great private deck to 'enjoy' and relax on while the kids ride the bike trail.
