55+ Community (1 Person must be 55 years or older to rent), this completely remodeled 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor. This is a Non Smoking unit just a short walk to dining and shopping in the center of Cape Coral, FL. Oversized lanai overlooking gulf access canal and pool. Enjoy the soft gulf breezes while sipping your favorite cocktail.
**90 Day Rental Required, all applicants must fill out an application and be approved from the Condo Association. There is a $125.00 Application Non Refundable to be paid to the Condo Association, if renting within 15day prior to move in the Application Non Refundable fee will be $225.00.
**No Pets Allowed Per Condo Association. Boat Dock Rental up to a 24 ft. boat available for $500.00 per month.
