The bedroom features a full ensuite bathroom, with a shower/tub combo, and there is a second full bathroom with another shower/tub combo which is a great option ensuring everyone their own space to get ready in the morning.
Whether you're a small family or you're on a couples trip, Snow Creek Village 27 is a fantastic option both in terms of comfort and convenience.
The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a queen-sized sofabed, meaning this condo can sleep up to a maximum of 4.
Just off of the living room is access to your private hot tub and BBQ. The back patio area is ground level with the Sun Peaks Valley Trail, so depending on the snow levels - unless you're visiting in summer - you will be able to ski-in down the Valley Trail and walk right up to your hot tub!
Widely regarded to have the best ski-in/ski-out access in all of Sun Peaks, Snow Creek Village is the perfect complex to choose if you're very outdoorsy and plan to hit the slopes often, or if you have young kids or older adults in your group, as you are just a couple of minutes walk from the main Sun Peaks Resort village.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
