Neighborhood description
You are in walking distance to everything you need. There are 2 small local markets and a major grocery all within 3 blocks. Variety of places to eat such as McDonald's, local franchise Skyline Chili, and a number of local bakeries, Asian cuisine, and neighborhood diners. Traveling with kids, take a short 5-10 minute walk to several different parks. Coming from somewhere internationally, there is a mobile store to get phone and SIM cards and a bank to exchange currency. Local Metro bus stop is literally around the corner.

Getting around
The Metro bus is the public transportation, with a stop right around the corner. You also have access to Uber and Lift drivers that constantly work in the area. There is a driveway available if using a rental or your own vehicle however property owner is not reliable or responsible for vehicles parked on premises.

Additional rules
- DO NOT flush any products. Including but not limited to: feminine hygiene products, male contraception, clothing, bandaids, toys, cooking oil, etc. Instead utilize the bathroom receptacle, to the right of the toilet. Above all else, please ONLY flush toilet paper into the toilet.

- DO NOT pour any cooking oil down the sink drain, as it damages plumbing. To best dispense, put any residual cooking oil in a sealed container to be thrown out with the trash.

- DO NOT rearrange decor or furniture.

- DO NOT take/remove any items or furniture (not including single-use / disposable items) - especially pamphlets and/or travel guides, so our next guests can enjoy them as well. Missing items will be subject to fines. Fines may vary.

- DO enjoy your complimentary bottle of wine, courtesy of us, Suite Spot Properties!

- CLEANING: After your stay we provide cleaning which is covered. That said, any excess and/or unremovable stains that were not there prior may be subject to fines. Fines may vary.

- PROPERTY DAMAGE: After your checkout, items that are visibly in bad / broken condition (as a result of your stay) will be subject to fines equal to the cost of the item. We want you to feel at home here, so please treat it with that same respect. :)

- TEMPERATURE: The home’s temperature is pre-set and remotely controlled. You can personally control it within an interval of degrees (68°-75°). DO NOT open windows, to “cool down,” you can simply turn down the temp at your leisure.

- GARBAGE: Please use the receptacles located in the kitchen or dinning room for all garbage. We will provide you with heavy duty black garbage bags. Upon leaving, trash can be left in black trash can in the driveway.

- NUMBER OF GUESTS: Be advised this is not a party house, and only the number guests noted on the original booking, are allowed to stay. Guests will be fined $500 or more, if this property is utilized for a party and/or event.

In an effort to conserve energy and preserve safety, please turn off all lights and electronics. Additionally, make sure that all doors are locked behind you before leaving to enjoy this beautiful city.
