Perfect stay for business group. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of hot water for the wonderful rain shower heads and deep clean tub. The extra gathering room was wonderful for those who stay up late and nicely separated from the other 2 bedrooms with nice comfy seating and big screen tv.Neighborhood restaurants and safe walking was a plus!

The house it self everything was perfect clean even cleaning stuff for u to keep up a clean house Matt was the best I can’t wait to book again everyone thought I moved in a nice house street was quiet I mean I can go on and on just book it was worth my whole weekend

This was a great find! We had a wonderful stay. Pros:Plenty of spaceComfortable bedsQuietWell-stocked kitchenPlenty of towelsVery convenient locationCons (have been communicated to owner and a couple are probably easy fixes):Bathtub didn’t drain well during showersBroken blinds that let in a bit of light in one bedroomBasement floor became wet after a very heavy stormOn our last night, there was a flash flood warning and a lot of heavy rain. It poured all night. The back parking area flooded and basically became a pond. Thankfully we had not parked back there. Keep that in mind if it calls for rain during your stay.Overall, we were very pleased with this home and would absolutely stay here again.

Well over all the inside of the property was clean and the bedding was clean. When we arrived there was a washcloth on the downstairs couch and it was out of place. There was a huge cobweb on the wall to downstairs basement. The carpet in the basement needs to be clean in certain spots. While listed as a pull out sofa it is not actually a pull out sofa. The garbage was overflowing outside and blocking the driveway. The back yard is less than desirable and there was a sofa can on the table in the back. The side door to go out there was covered in cobwebs and dirty. The outside could definitely use some curb appeal and a few things that could pose safety hazards - big step up/down to the front porch, a nail sticking out of the step. 4 bolts sticking out of the ground, uneven and broken walkway. The stairs to the basement are very steep and actually one of us fell down them. There were no extra blankets in the unit and just enough towels ! The flooring is the house is also soft in some spots and not well laid. The property could use some maintenance and updates. The neighborhood was quiet and like I said the unit was clean and felt safe.
