This property is in a lovely setting and i enjoyed the stunning sunrises most days.I do think the photographs under sell the property as i nearly didnt choose it for our stay, however i was swayed by the great reviews, which are all well deserved. I loved the layout of the appartment which was simple, open, very efficent and spacious.My favouite was probably the master bathroom, where the shower is beautifully done wiyj no expense spared.If i have cause to return to the area, will be back!!!

We Have stayed at Bahama bay for the last 5 visits but this was by far the best Condo. Having the bigger square footage was great. The building was really quiet and we loved being on the top floor (although the trees are now too big to see the fireworks from the balcony!). This was a definite home from home stay with everything we needed, carefully laid out to enhance our stay. Having a safe available was also key for us and although not travelling with young children anymore everything was available should we have needed. Especially liked having a small esky available to use for cool drinks and an ice maker. We didn't need to reach out to Chris & Nicole as everything was just perfect. Will definitely request this Condo in the future if available. Thanks!

Peaceful, quiet location

Location is quiet with a peaceful setting but still close enough to be easy to get to all the theme parks. Extremely clean and beautiful unit with lots of space.

The appartment is spotless. Large and well equipped There are stairs to climb so be aware The location has nice pools and is not too far from stores. About 10 min in either direction Its about 20 min to disney Quiet area

Just returned from 16 nights at this property and we have no complaints. The condo is in a great location with views across the lake. The balcony is spacious with plenty of comfortable furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all really big with plenty of storage space and it was spotless. Great communication from the owner and very accommodating. Bahama Bay is a lovely resort, well maintained and very safe and friendly. We will be back next year!

Quiet, Nice, Fun, and Electrifying

The Family loved staying here. The bedrooms were nice and big with extra pillows and blankets for us. There were DVDs waiting to be watched and a nice selection of board games to be played. We went to the clubhouse almost every day to swim, play pool, and get Americano coffees (Yum). For me as a new Electric vehicle owner there were tw chargers plus a bunch of outlets next to the clubhouse so I was able to stay charged the whole week. The next tim we go to the Orlando are for a vacation we will be staying here again.

The Condo was very clean and very nice, with plenty of room for my family. The resort property and amenities were also fantastic. I would definitely recommend this property if you are traveling to Orlando.

We couldn’t have been more pleased!

This unit blew us away. We’ve stayed in a few rental units in our many years coming to Florida but this was by far the nicest. It was spotless, very roomy, had everything we could possibly need, and a lovely view off the balcony. The master bed was very comfortable with an enormous ensuite. The campus of the resort was beautifully laid out. We had a very short walk to our favourite pool and the clubhouse. Another lovely short stroll takes you to tradewinds, a very nice casual restaurant on site. The pizza and burgers were so good and the staff everywhere were amazing, friendly and professional. I seriously cannot recommend it enough. We’d go back in a minute. Thank you Chris and Nicole and the staff at Bahama Bay.

Fantastic Break

I have stayed at Bahama Bay several times and this apartment was the best location we have had, overlooking the lake from the balconies. Having the sofa on the balcony as well as the normal table and chairs was also a plus. Very comfortable beds. (Only very minor point was only 1 hairdryer). Would thoroughly recommend

This is Chris and Nicole from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada! We are both retired professionals who previously worked for competing high-tech companies. Now we spend as much time as possible enjoying retirement by travelling and seeing the world.
But our home away from home is at Bahama Bay, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World!

We decided early on that we wanted a home in Florida for our future retirement and to enjoy during our time-off while we were working. We visited over 30 properties in the Orlando area, and while each one had some unique characteristics that we liked, only Bahama Bay hit the mark for us.

Located on over 70 acres of land, the resort is truly that - a resort. The buildings are all offset, so you aren't looking into your neighbor's windows. There are pools and tennis courts and barbecues and walking trails and a fitness center and a sauna and... well, Bahama Bay just had it all. When you settle in, even though you are about 10 minutes from Disney, you feel a world away.

All of the villas at Bahama Bay are great, but what makes our unit just a bit more unique than the others is location and management.

Our villa overlooks the central pond whose fountain is lit at night. Our screened balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy an early breakfast or a late-night book. We are literally a two minute walk along a lighted path to the main Club House with oversized pool, fitness center, hot tubs and children's splash pad. Two minutes across the parking lot from our villa will take you to the resort's barbecue area and children's playground.

We are literally at the center of the action, and as our realtor always tells us - LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION.

We are also very pleased to utilize the on-site management company to take care of our villa and all of our guests. That means if you have a problem, however small, someone is there 7-24 to help make it right.

Toaster not working? No problem - call front desk and they will send over a new one. Door lock acting up? No worries - reach out to front desk and they will send maintenance over to make it right. Air conditioner not cooling? A quick call is all it takes to have someone over, usually in less than 30 minutes, to assess, fix and resolve whatever issue comes up.

Some owners opt for an off-site management company to save some money which means hours and sometimes days until issues are resolved. We focus on providing the best guest experience possible - and it shows in our countless 5-star reviews. Things go wrong - you can't help that. But having access to 7-24 on-site support means that when something goes wrong, it can be corrected quickly so as not to impact your vacation.
