Perfectly located on Dickson Street, near the corner of N. Arkansas Ave. where iconic Old Main sits on the beautiful University of Arkansas campus. Enjoy the restaurants, shopping and night life of Dickson Street, then take the short walk to Razorback Stadium or Bud Walton Arena to watch the Razorbacks play.
With your booking, you get two designated parking spaces (both labeled 210) in the back of the building.

Great stay. Loved the location and proximity to the restaurants and the university. It was a little loud in the late evenings (college kids coming and going down the alley) but the noise was short-lived. Would definitely stay again. Super clean.

We loved being so close to campus as well as such a variety of shops and restaurants. The unit was super comfortable and unique. We brought our high school seniors to check out Arkansas and watch a football game. This was the perfect accommodation as we had plenty of room and everyone had their privacy. It was nice to have both upstairs and downstairs spaces.
