Located on a quiet neighborhood just steps away from the Lake Fayetteville trail system. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal, or hop on your bike and take the trail to the food truck pavilion at Lake Fayetteville. All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and blinds for a restful night's sleep. Room opens to deck. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include shower and/or tub. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms. All bedrooms are stocked with linens & towels. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is the home for you. Everything was great. Property was spotless when we arrived and the house was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The host was very easy to communicate with and allowed us to extend our stay another night

Very cozy and inviting home. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Brining my daughter home from college so we only got to stay one night. Take the walk by Lake Fayetteville, it’s worth it. Easy location to get to with plenty of food options near by. Caitlin’s is very responsive and eager to help if you need it. Definitely would stay here again.

Had a wedding in the Fayetteville area and needed a place to crash for a couple nights. This house was perfect and had plenty of space! 4 bedrooms roomed our 5 people perfectly and even had room to spare. Owner was communicative and prompt and facilitated a great trip!

It was decently clean, but those of us that were blessed with ocd cleanliness sees all the dust, cobwebs built up under tables and behind and on decorations. (The house was nicely decorated, but with that comes cleaning of all those items and all around those items), which unfortunately isn’t being done. There was a spill on the top shelf of freezer(which some of our items stuck to so I need to clean). My mom went to make coffee and there was still coffee grounds covered in mold. There is quite a bit of stuff all over the house that’s half used example(cough medicine) I mean there is a lot, assuming items are kept that are left behind or maybe the house isn’t throughly gone through after someone checks out. The garage that people would have to pass through to get to one of the bedrooms is full of stuff and not clean.

We are already addressing the items you mentioned with our cleaning team, including the freezer shelf, coffee maker, dusting of decorative items and hard-to-reach areas, and reviewing any leftover items that should have been removed during turnover. Great hosts!

We arrived a bit early and needed to stay a little later than our check out time and Caitlin was very accommodating. We were in town for a Sunday afternoon wedding, so we appreciated being able to be in the house a little longer. If we come back as a family, we will look at staying here again.
