This was a very cozy house with room enough for 9 people or more to sleep comfortably. Not far from restaurants. Included is a Ping Pong table, darts and multiple games to play. Extra blankets, pillows and a roomy kitchen. Enjoyed taking off to explore the mountains and see the fall colors. Penny was a great and gracious host.

This was an amazing stay! We very much enjoyed our stay, was very homey and everything was easily accessible and they had lots of things for the kids to keep them occupied! Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again for future trips!

The house was better than the pictures! Very cozy and would definitely recommend. Our only recommendation would be to bring an additional AC unit or fan. The other two rooms did get hot, but we are from Texas, so we just dealt with it.

The property was perfect to spend some time away in nature, see some snow, and have some peace and quiet. The property is spacious and has everything I could need. I liked that the yard was fenced as well. I really enjoyed staying here.

Overall, it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed the location and the house. The only problem we had was the internet was spotty and the cable was spotty during the day and basically didn't work in the evening or night.

The place looks nicer compare to picture online. Huge backyard for your pets, fence front yard is a plus too , for pets and kids to play.
