We had a nice time at this property. I gave the property description a 3 because there weren't many pictures of the property itself. A little disappointed in the outdoor lounging facilities, but everything was clean and well stocked. Livingroom and bed was comfortable and our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Good location. Nice that she provided covers for the furniture.

The home was clean and easy to find. It had everything we needed for a two-day stay and was perfect for our needs. Thank you very much. We had a very good time.

Teran/Aguilera fishing trip

This was an amazing stay! We very much enjoyed our stay, was very homey and everything was easily accessible and they had lots of things for the kids to keep them occupied! Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again for future trips!

Great Stay

Had to come up for a funeral and the host was very accommodating. The location was perfect and the house had a great number of rooms and beds for me and my family.

Quiet neighborhood with an amazing vavk yard for the dog

We had a very easy and comfortable stay. Plenty of room and lots of running around for the dog in the backyard.

The property was perfect to spend some time away in nature, see some snow, and have some peace and quiet. The property is spacious and has everything I could need. I liked that the yard was fenced as well. I really enjoyed staying here.

Overall, it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed the location and the house. The only problem we had was the internet was spotty and the cable was spotty during the day and basically didn't work in the evening or night.

Im sorry you struggled with services. The property does not have cable TV. Satellite internet services are limited in the Eager area and do buffer in peak periods. I keep a large selection of Dvds for evening viewing. I will check into adding cable.

Quiet place.

The place looks nicer compare to picture online. Huge backyard for your pets, fence front yard is a plus too , for pets and kids to play.

This was a very cozy house with room enough for 9 people or more to sleep comfortably. Not far from restaurants. Included is a Ping Pong table, darts and multiple games to play. Extra blankets, pillows and a roomy kitchen. Enjoyed taking off to explore the mountains and see the fall colors. Penny was a great and gracious host.
