Welcome to 9 Wisteria Lane (featured in a USA Today article comparing it favorably to the Wisteria Lane in the TV show Desperate Housewives), is located in the middle of a subtropical and picturesque setting of Greenwood Forest in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation…just off the Sea Pines bike trails and just a short bike ride to the beach, Harbor Town, and South Beach Village.
We have all the features and comforts you’ll need to have a relaxing vacation and enjoy the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island.
Our home is located across the street from the 5th fairway and 6th tee box of the Harbour Town Golf Link -We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do!
As a guest in Greenwood Forest, you’ll have access to our private, recently renovated neighborhood pool during the warm seasons (April 15- October 15-not heated), play area, and tennis court. You’ll also have free access to Sea Pines’ Beach Club - Renovated in 2014.

Come and enjoy the new (renovated 2014) Plantation Golf Club and Live Oak restaurant. The new building features history-minded details, as well as modern, first class finishes.
The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibogue Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk to the Harbour Town golf links, home of the Heritage pro tour golf tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, former host of the Family Circle Tennis tournament - and run by Stan Smith. Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant, and newspaper.
Enjoy the amenities of the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an outdoor bar and grill, and nightly entertainment. The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and 'building castles in the sand.'
We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on bike rentals for our guests. They offer free delivery, locks and baskets as well.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter and Heritage fall into the same fee structure of Peak Season.
Saturday to Saturday is preferred.

We were vacationing with friends who owned a home in Sea Pines. We loved it so much we decided to buy a home for ourselves to enjoy. We love the natural setting, wonderful white sandy beaches and miles and miles of bike trails. It is such a relaxing environment. My son loves to skim board and boogie board at the beach. One of the dogs loves visiting Lawton Stables. There is never a dull moment!
What makes this House unique
We actually purchased this home as a second home with no intentions of renting. We finally realized we just are not able to visit as often as we would like so we decided to share our home with others. We have updated most of the home. Our home feels larger than the acutal square footage. Very Spacious bedrooms. It is a great home and it is very centrally located in Sea Pines. We are not the biggest or the closest to the beach but we do offer an excellent vacation value. We visit several times a year. We are proactive homeowners so this is our home not just a rental. We hope enjoy our home as much as we do!

Lovely Home Ideal Location Stayed April 2018
We have stayed in Sea Pines a number of times and this is a lovely home in an ideal location. Within biking and walking distance to Harbour Town, the Beach Club and South Beach. It is well appointed, has just about everything you could ask for along with beach chairs, boogie boards, charcoal and gas grill and has a nice fenced in back yard. Highly recommend and we hope to be able to stay here again next year.

Great location, super home. Kind attentive owners!
Tennis, pool and basketball are close in the neighborhood & you cannot best this location! The home is a 2 BR & sleeper sofa but there is a great queen air mattress so we were able to put our kids in one BR and not have to have anyone in the living room. Full size Washer and dryer is great, access to beach towels, and even dvds for movie enjoyment! I would not hesitate to recommend this rental!
We love this wonderful home. It’s definitely a home away from home. It had everything we needed and the location is ideal. We were able to bike and walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Sea Pines is such a great neighborhood. Quiet and friendly. Our dogs loved the fenced yard.
Carla was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely return to 9 Wisteria.
Beautiful house and setting

The location and neighborhood is just perfect. It's close to the beach club, bike path, Sea Pines Preserve and so many restaurants, the movies and groceries. The house has everything we need and the fenced back yard is so wonderful! We look forward to many more years!
Felt like home sweet home!
From the moment we walked in, we felt like it was home! Comfortable, beautiful, well equipped, it was everything we could have hoped for. The fenced yard was what attracted us to this property and we were not disappointed. Our dog just loved the yard!! We've rented many dog-friendly places in the past but this was our favorite.
Carla was a pleasure to work with - she made the process very easy. We definitely hope to rent this house again in the future - hopefully two weeks next time, one week just wasn't enough!
