7 Collins Avenue is an ocean-block, three-story town-home, with a private elevator included for guest convenience. A very spacious unit, this home features two first floor master suites, and a third on the second floor. Bedrooms four and five are also on the second floor, and they share a hall bath. The third floor is the main congregating space, as it houses the kitchen and dining space, as well as the living room. There is a half bath on the third floor. This unit also has a lot of outdoor space. On the front of the unit, guests will be treated to two decks, and also a back deck off the kitchen where they can grill on the gas grill. There are ocean views from the top decks. There is off-street parking for two cars, a and the owner provides two on-street permits.

This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted. A linen package can be purchased for your stay.

The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $313.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
