Mom/daughter get away

My daughter and I stayed here as we came to visit my other daughter who moved here. The location was wonderful as we could walk downtown and through the neighborhoods of beautiful homes. Will definitely stay here again. Safe neighborhood and cozy/clean home.

Relaxing Stay!

We enjoyed a very relaxing time as the location was quiet but a few minutes walk away from restaurants, bars, and the riverfront. Our space was extremely comfortable, clean and equipped very well. We highly recommend!

Convenient historic location

Natasha was an excellent host. The apartment is very spacious and in a perfect location in the historic section of Wilmington. It was very convenient to the Riverwalk with restaurant and shopping.

Great location to downtown, nice apt.

We had a wonderful time for the festival in downtown Wilmington. The location was perfect to walk to the festival. The apt had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Very spacious and nice for the two of us!

Great stay, Natasha is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to make you comfortable! She even lent me a blender. Loved the historic house, neighborhood, and little garden. Walking distance to almost everything! Perfect location. No hot tub on the property though, but there is a large bathtub.

Quant, quiet and close to fun downtown excitement

Gorgeous gem a few blocks from downtown. Comfortable, clean and adorable apartment in historical section of town. 3 blocks from many restaurants, bars, and river walks. My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Wilmington and would recommend this listing!

Great place to stay

The apartment was immaculate. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy. Driveway is narrow if you have a wide vehicle, we had an SUV and fit just fine.

Such a wonderful place in the middle of downtown Wilmington. We were looking for an overnight for an early flight out and were very pleasantly surprised. Natasha's communication was spot on, the apartment is gorgeous with so many amazing touches. Will definitely rent again when in town.

Great getaway

We were in Wilmington for a concert at UNC-W, and this was a perfect spot for us. Beautiful neighborhood, wonderful spacious and comfortable property in a beautiful historic home. Natasha took great care of us. Easy walking to downtown Wilmington. On our list for a return visit.

Very warm and inviting!

The property was beautiful and cozy. Natasha was an awesome host who kept us informed about the air conditioning repairmen working outside in. She even gave me a birthday card and a gift which was really sweet. I loved it there, I will definitely book this place again in the near future!

Spacious apartment in walkable neighborhood

We happened to visit during an unusual cold snap, so we did not get to enjoy the porch or walk downtown as we usually do in Wilmington, but the inside of the apartment was surprisingly spacious, certainly well-equipped and comfortable. The street and neighborhood are quiet and an easy stroll to the riverwalk and downtown restaurants and shops. Natasha had expected to meet us in person but was herself traveling, so gave us check-in instructions by phone while we were still on the road. We managed just fine.

Amazing Downtown Location!

This place cannot be overstated. It's in the perfect spot by the waterfront. You're far enough away that it's nice and quiet, but still close enough that you can walk to everything! We only used our car to take us to a wedding in Wrightsville Beach. The place is really nice with an ideal mix of historic and contemporary. The windows look like they're still original and are really cool. The kitchen is updated and is all modern. Massive TV to relax in front of at night. Natasha, the host, is also very accommodating. She's so sweet, and makes sure everything you could possibly need is ready and waiting for your arrival
