Chateau in Central Garden
We came in for a weekend getaway and needed a comfortable home base in a central location for three humans and two fur babies. This is exactly what we envisioned! Check in was touchless and simple. The apartment is well stocked with essentials, including shampoo! The beds are comfortable with quality linens and plush duvets. Pillows are good quality. Flat screens are in every room. The kitchen is ready for cooking and the dining room table can accommodate six. We didn’t cook, but there seemed to be plenty of solid cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for a much larger crew. There is a coffee station with a keurig, kcups, and half/half cups. The couches in the living room do not lend to a night in for movie watching, but why come to Memphis to stay in?
The neighborhood is absolutely stunning. It feels very secluded but is actually close to everything. We were here Halloween weekend and the neighborhood was decked out in decorations. Festivities made street parking a little tight both evenings, but I’d imagine that is not the norm. We felt safe taking the dogs out, even late at night. Check out was easy with fewer demands than many places we’ve stayed. We will definitely stay here the next time we come into town! Thanks for a great stay!
