Great location, beach not as crowded. Lots of eating areas, condo was great, came with two beach chairs and enough bedrooms for 8 people. A great vacay!!

The location is great as the beach was not very crowded. There was plenty of close restaurants. The condo comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella which is awesome! I would definitely stay here again!!

Very nice condo. Easy beach access. Good fitness facility.Just a little inconvenient, because of traffic, to get to Destin and the good restaurants and fun area for the kids.Tip…Do NOT eat at AJ’s Oyster Bar on Santa Rosa!! Bad service and terrible food!! Do try Marina Cafe at Destin. Especially if you go before 6 for their two for one entree’s

Perfect for a multi-generational vaca

We were in awe of this place and are already planning to book it again! Beautiful, clean facilities and exactly what we were hoping for. The pools were always clean and easy access to the beach. From ages 78-11, we were very impressed.

May 8th 2024 the condo was beautiful although there was no early check in others around do allow ...

The experience was good no early check in but the condo was beautiful the code sent to me were wrong but other guests help me overall stay was great I would definitely come back

Great location and condo but

We arrived early the first day. There should be an option to park at least while waiting on your room to get done. They also emailed the wrong information so it took forever to find out the correct codes to all the doors. Other than that we had a great trip and would stay again.

Beautiful spacious condo

This condo was very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I loved the flooring, very pretty! Kitchen is pretty stocked with pans and utensils, etc but the pots could stand to be replaced due to people using metal utensils in them. Also there was no kitchen soap as described in the description and we decided not to bring any. The master bedroom mattress was very soft but was kind of slanted in areas. Bathrooms were very pretty. The seat kept coming off the first bathroom on the right, it would be an easy fix. Pools were pretty but didn’t seem heated as described. But hot tub was nice and hot! The view from the room is gorgeous. There are no restaurants in walking distance which we typically like, but it was also nice to be in an area that is still very close to drive to places and beach is not crowded. We felt very safe. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures posted. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed. Even had a Keurig machine. :) There are carts on the property to bring up groceries, luggage or whatnot. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. Nice size balcony and spacious living area. I gave it 4 stars because the remotes for the TV were a bit confusing, (maintenance came to help with that), a lamp didn't have light bulb, and the ceiling fans are missing a cord to operate the fan. I would have preferred if the starter pack comes with two rolls of paper towels, vs 1. Everything else was nice.

Long awaited trip, wanted to stay here foreverWorth every penny!

Home was beautifully decorated, with high end comfortable furnishings inside and out. Very clean. Stocked kitchen. A few incredibly minor maintenance touches would put this unit over the top. A full size coffee maker, a couple squeaky doors and a change of the master mattress soon (very soft), and cleaning of main area rugs. This condo does come with one set of chairs and umbrella, that wasn’t listed in the info. For extra chairs, etc, you have to pay the beach attendants, but they were very helpful. The pools and outdoor amenities were great. On site gym was one of the best out of any condo on the strip. Minimal (almost no) wait time for the elevators. We also appreciated the peace of mind from the gated parking lot and property lines. For not having an on site front desk staff, this place is incredibly well maintained. All areas are super clean and kept up. Even the restrooms in the walkway out to the pools and beach were upscale and very clean.
