Blu 407-4 BR/3 Bath Direct Beach Front Modern Corner Condo with unbeatable views and BEACH SERVICE!!

Located in the beautiful Blu Resort on Okaloosa Island and away from the crowds. This condo screams class (politely of course). I hope you brought your flip flops because that view will knock your socks right off!!

About the condo:
* Wood look tile throughout.
* Open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone.
* Kitchen has large quartz island with seating (along with large table in dining room), double ovens for the chef in the family as well as gas stove top range and plenty of space for the whole family to participate. *
* All new top of the line appliances.
* 3 bedrooms with King beds and attached bathrooms, Master bathroom has free standing soaking tub as well as walk in shower. 4th bedroom has bunk bed.
* Unforgettable views from living room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and double sliding glass doors with extra large balcony.
* Outside you will find 300 feet of private beach , 2 large pools, hot tub, state of the art fitness center, beach side fire pit, gated security and a large grilling area.
* 2 parking spots included with rental.

Great location. Wish we could’ve been able to park 3 cars in the parking lot. I understand the unit is only allowed two, but should be able to purchase extra. Especially when the parking lot has lots of empty spots during the stay.

This is our second year reserving this condo, and we plan to return again and again. We would seriously consider purchasing it as-is if it were available for sale. The unit offers ample space for our large family, including our married adult children, to comfortably sleep and dine together.It is well-appointed and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The included beach service is exceptional, and the balcony is especially spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone.This area of Fort Walton Beach is one of our favorite destinations, and we return year after year. It is quiet, clean, and very family-friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location and beautiful condo

First time visiting Okaloosa Island and will return! The condo was a perfect size for our group of 9. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and that was a major plus.

This property was absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with the original property that we booked (through another company), and this company was able to work with us to quickly get into this beautiful condo.

We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for our group (5 adults and 2 toddlers). The pools, beach, and other amenities were great! The unit was well stocked. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

Everything at Blu is perfect from the beautiful large condo to the double pool all the way to the white sand crystal clear beach waters. We will be back for sure

Wonderful Property

Great location - Beach was not overcrowded for this time of year. Unit was as described and would recommend for larger families. Only issue was with A/C but they resolved that fairly quickly.

We have stayed at multiple places along this street on Okaloosa Island and this is by far my favorite of all. There's plenty of space for the 7 adults we traveled with, including the dining room table! We will certainly return to this unit on our next visit to the area.

We absolutely loved our time here and will be back! It’s the perfect facility for any age or group size. It’s easy to get to the pools and a short walk to the beach. We used the fire pit as well and that was nice. Overall just loved the property and have no complaints whatsoever!

Beautiful oceanfront condo

This condo is beautiful and is exactly as pictured! We had an amazing time and enjoyed all the amenities associated with this unit. From the easy accessibility, beautiful pool, cleanliness of the condo and the stunning ocean front views, we loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to go back!
