Coconut Bay - Grand Cayman is perfect for a family vacation, a water sports action adventure or a romantic escape. This is a recently built, beautifully appointed, three story 2330 square feet , three bedroom, three and a half bathroom, luxury townhouse. Built in a traditional Caymanian style, the house is situated on an upscale oceanfront development on the beautiful North West Point.We have the best shore diving on the island and are a short drive for boat pickups for dive and snorkel trips.discount schemes set up for diving/snorkeling/fishing/boat trips/kayaks and paddle boards.we also work with budget on discounted car hire packages.

The house is one of only 26 in the complex. Set amongst lush tropical landscaping, you will find two fine swimming pools and a jacuzzi, together with gazebos to provide cool shade from the afternoon sun. The house provides spacious accommodations for up to six guests. It has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms (plus a downstairs rest room), twin zone central air, ceiling fans, luxurious open plan living and dining areas and lanai.We have extra full size beds available if you wish to squeeze a few extra people in the condo and these can be put in the large top floor bedroom.

The best shore diving and snorkeling in cayman.this is where the outer reef comes closest to shore on the whole island.massive amount of fish life compared to other dive sites.Guests are close to sevenmile beach but have the privacy of a private complex which is mainly owned by overseas
people and is never crowded.we are one of the few complex's with 2 large pools.

Great condo, great hosts, excellent location. Everyone from grandma to teen boys had a great time!
Simply Amazing! -Best Vacations.
There was 7 of us in total. ( 4 adults and 2 teenage girls, and my son), we stayed a week at the condo. This place is incredible. Its 3 levels. The top floor has 3 beds on the upper level with a full shower AND walk n closet, which was perfect for 2 teenage girls. They had their own floor! After a long day at the pool or 7 mile beach they would chill out away from the adults. The spacious second floor master bedroom features a KING size bed. And it is the most comfortable bed! Plus an ensuite and 2 closets. Then there is a full bathroom in the hallway. So the other adults had their own bathroom. The main floor kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, rangehood microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything you will need. Dining room table and living room. Back patio has a patio set and a great bbq. Fully air conditioned. We were super excited to scuba dive out the backyard! It was fantastic walking to the macabuca restaurant. The sunsets during dinner were amazing. Duncan the property manager arranged EVERYTHING from our boat dives, shore dives, private boat rental to sing ray island (with a captain.). Duncan runs stingray water sports. Stingray water sport dive masters were super fun and I felt safe at ALL TIMES. The owner was also staying in another condo. He is a fantastic guy! He drove us back from a dive and carried our bags lol. The minute I got home I booked it for December. Thanks stingray water sports and thanks Kent!
A great escape
Duncan's property is part of a small condo/townhouse development next to the water. With two pools that are well maintained and great landscaping it is hard to find a reason to stay inside. Our unit was in great shape with room for my family to spread out and the kitchen had everything you needed for meal preparation. The local grocery was maybe a 5 minute drive and was as well stocked as any in the U.S. We would have no problem recommending this to our friends or returning ourselves in the future.
Excellent condo for family
Condo was great for large family with 3 bedrooms (king, queen, and big loft with 2 twins and a full bed), 3 bathroom/showers plus extra main floor bathroom.. Nice pool and snorkeling was great right of the property. Condo was well furnished with kitchenware, TV's, etc. Excellent value.
one of the very best vacations we've ever had!
Our family of 5 (two adults and 3 very finicky teenagers!) stayed a week at Coconut Bay Condos. We were in Unit 101. The place was simply beautiful! Duncan, the owner, was absolutely wonderful to work with. The condo was perfect and exceeded our expectations! Great working kitchen where we cooked and ate each day before heading out for our daily activities, great dining room for a leisurely game of cards to wind down the day, and full living room with satellite TV for late nights. The bedrooms were perfectly appointed and the washer/dryer on the second floor was a definite plus! The third floor master bedroom was HUGE! We are now spoiled and will never stay in a hotel again. The location of the condo is perfect for those who want to snorkel/dive, with the reef right in your backyard. There is a small "beach" to just relax and get some sun. The two pools on property were clean and great way to end the day after returning home. Located down the block from the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Cove Swim and about a mile walk to Hell, where my kids sent novelty postcards to all their friends back in the States. There's a great outdoor restaurant next door called Makabuka, where we enjoyed a drink and some fresh conch every evening. There is also a fancier restaurant in front of Makabuka called the Cracked Conch, which is more formal. (I think they are the same owners). Great way to end the day. There is a Dive company in the complex, and they will arrange a private boat for snorkeling, diving, fishing, etc. Shaggy and Dominic were simply the best! Dominic took us to his "private" snorkeling spot near Rum Point and it was truly amazing. You can catch a public bus right in front of the condo complex and for a few extra $$, the driver will take you door to door. It is a safe and affordable way to get around the island, but be prepared as there's really no set bus schedule and they are sporadic. However, the bus drivers could not be more pleasant or welcoming. The complex is about a 10 minute ride to Seven Mile Beach and a 5 minute ride to Fosters, a huge supermarket. Simply put, this was quite possibly our best family vacation ever, and we have traveled quite extensively. I don't know what could have made it better and I want to thank Duncan, Shaggy and Dominic for their help in making this vacation so awesome!!!!
Memorable Family Vacation
Our family of four stayed 9 nights at Coconut Bay during Christmas 2014. It was truly a memorable vacation. The townhouse was very roomy, well appointed and near a beautiful pool and short walk to the ocean. There is a sandy beach with a step-down ladder in the rocks to access some incredible dive/snorkel sites close to shore. The beach was also a great place to relax with a drink and watch the beautiful evening sunsets. The townhouse looked exactly like the website photos and the location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to the Cracked Conch Restaurant (excellent), Macubuca Tiki Bar (yummy & resonably priced), Turtle Farm, & Dolphin Discovery. The townhouse is approximately 2 miles from Fosters, an excellent grocery,and 10+ min. to 7 Mile Beach. Our favorite beach was Cemetery Beach. Georgetown was 15 mins. away with fabulous restaurants right on the water. My husband and daughter used Duncan's dive shop (Stingray Water Sports) which was great, offering exciting trips with limited divers and excellent service. We had Duncan take us snorkeling to the stingray sandbar (a must). It was so nice to be on a smaller, fast boat and not to be with the large charter groups. My only gripe was that the pool/jacuzzi was not heated during our stay and it was very cool. All in all, you won't be disappointed if you book this townhouse. You can't ask for a better place to make memories.
