Absolutely incredible! The host thought of every detail. The house was cozy, inviting and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything and more than we needed for our large family. The location was convenient and close to the downtown. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was perfect, we can’t wait to be back!

Wonderful home

We had a fantastic stay at the house. It was very well equipped with kitchen supplies and toys. The location is fantastic- walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful bike path right outside along the river and lovely view of the mountains from the year. Owners were very responsive.

Beautiful home away from home

Our family had a wonderful time in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The home was perfect for us. It was beyond our expectations. Very clean, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, inviting living room to relax, comfortable beds, and games to play on the cold winter nights. We felt right at home spending Christmas and New Years Eve at this beautiful home away from home. Many memories were made. Thank you! Wonderful stay for a large family!

We absolutely loved our week long stay in this home in Garmisch. The home was spacious and clean - perfect for our family of 7 (parents and 5 teens) with more than enough space for all. We loved waking up in the mornings and having coffee on the patio in the shadow of the Alps, and having the ability to hike up the mountain right from the house (it is worth the climb to enjoy the treats and beer at the top)! For a large family, our needs were met with the large, well-appointed kitchen, nice sized yard and game room, and laundry room (washer and dryer). Our teens loved the sports equipment in the home and yard; we loved the walking and running trails that surrounded the areas. Our host was incredibly attentive and gracious, providing suggestions and recommendations for area restaurants and activities. One thing to be aware of is there is no air conditioning here - this is called out in the listing, so we did not expect to have AC but it is something for people accustomed to AC to be aware of!). We loved this home and the area and would give more than 5 stars if we could!

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr geräumigen Ferienhaus so richtig genießen können. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Wer mit Kindern hier ist, wird sich riesig freuen. Es gibt auch wenn es regnet tolle Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Zur tollen Umgebung muss man so oder so nichts schreiben. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein hervorragendes Ferienhaus.

Absolut weiterzuempfehlen

Es gibt nicht den kleinsten Kritikpunkt! Das Ferienhaus war super sauber, die Küche ist top ausgestattet und das Spieleangebot für Kinder übertraf alle Erwartungen. Obwohl an einer Straße und einem Sportplatz gelegen, war es doch ruhig und man konnte herrlich im Garten sitzen, hatte einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge und konnte die Loisach rauschen hören. Der Innenstadtbereich mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ausgezeichneter Gastronomie ist fußläufig (auch mit Kleinkind) sehr gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ein gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Tolles ausgestattetes Haus in einer tollen Umgebung.

Wir haben einen Familien Urlaub dort verbracht. Für uns gab es alles was wir benötigt haben. Über viel Platz, Fahrräder, eine Tischtennisplatte bis zu einer super ausgestatteten Küche ist alles vorhanden. Dazu eine tolle Lage, einfache Buchung und Check-in. Large house, fully equipped and great location

Our family of five really enjoyed staying at this house. Everything you can think of was provided (even better than our own home). The kitchen is large and very well equipped, and we cooked most nights at home. The bathrooms are very clean with great showers and even a very large bath. There is a garden and patio for sitting outside, and a lovely upper deck where we watched the paragliders each day. The house is on the edge of town, with parking for one car. We found hiking trails right from the back of the house that led into the surrounding mountains. From there, it is possible to go in several directions, with easy and more challenging hikes. Our favorite led to a wonderful hutte that sold enormous creampuffs and beer - a lovely reward at the end of the hike. I would highly recommend this house. It was super clean and very comfortable.

The property exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well equipped, and communication with the homeowners seamless. We appreciated a bonus area in the basement for the children. Also, it had great views from the living area and bedrooms, and easy parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

Beautiful home in Garmisch

We had a lovely time spending four nights here. The house was immaculately clean and very comfortable, with a beautiful and exceptionally well stocked kitchen and nice touches like complimentary shampoo and other essentials. The garden and outdoor patio were perfect for al fresco lunches. There is a soccer field immediately across the street, including bright lights in the evening, that was regularly in use, but high hedges block the view and it didn’t bother us. There is a beautiful walking path 100 meters behind the house that connects to a “balcony” path running along the entire valley with spectacular views - perfect for walks and runs (if you don’t mind some steep at the beginning).

Beautiful Home

Our family vacation in Garmisch was super and this house was a key reason. Pictures were accurate, the house very clean and fully stocked with toys/kitchen for a family stay. The beds comfortable and the location easy to downtown, Zugspitze, Lake Eibsee, etc. It was very memorable, thanks!
