Large front sitting/family room, dining room, and 5 bedrooms. Wrap-around porch and ample off-street private parking. Great layout for 2 families. 2 full bathrooms - one on each level. Large rear deck with outdoor shower.

2 blocks from the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. Perfect location to enjoy sunrise and walk to the polar bears in the early AM.

Bedroom 1: King Bed (upstairs)- Large room, ceiling fan, lots of windows and space, flat screen with cable
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (upstairs)- Large room, ceiling fan, private 2nd-floor balcony
Bedroom 3: Double size bed and twin bed (upstairs)- Smaller room, set with 1 double and twin bunk bed combination also with a pull-out trundle. Great for kids or one adult
Bedroom 4: Twin (with trundle bed to sleep 2) (upstairs)- Smaller room, ceiling fan, set with 1 twin and a pull-out trundle. Great for kids or one adult
Bedroom 5: Queen (downstairs) - Large room, ceiling fan, ground floor level, flat screen with cable

Towel and linen rentals are the responsibility of the renter. No towels or sheets were supplied. No pets of any kind.

Amazing property & location

We had the BEST time at the Legacy house! The location was perfect and the house/yard was stunning. Everyone had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!
