The condo was amazing. Bart and Laura were very accommodating. We loved sitting on the balcony and the view was spectacular. Great location as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Bart and Laurie's place at Sunbird was just as pictured. The colors are so fun and festive for the beach. The furniture is very comfortable as well. We have stayed at other VRBOs at sunbird but this is one of our favorites and we will definitely be back again!Thank you,Judy

We have stayed at multiple places in Pcb and this, by a long shot, is the best condo we’ve rented. Very, very clean and very well decorated. Of course, location is close to everything it seems. Communication with the host could not have been better. We go with family once a year and then me and wife go back at least once more. This was perfect for the two of us. Great views also. Can’t say enough about this unit. When we go as a family we have 6 adults and two children, obviously this condo isn’t big enough for that but if was, we would never look anywhere else. Laura and Bart are the best!!

Wonderful stay

Property was very clean and well taken care of. The owners were very attentive if we needed anything which meant a lot. If we had any issues the housekeeper was there within minutes to help. Overall very friendly and beautiful views.

Amazing Place to stay!!!!!

This place is a 10/10. You won’t go wrong here. Owners are very respectful and helpful. Condo is up to date throughout. Perfect lay out for the square footage. Balcony view is perfect especially in the morning. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

So glad we found this condo. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place. View was beautiful, very peaceful and an awesome condo! Decorations were great : ) it was clean on arrival and easy to keep that way through the week thanks to the vacuum! Very nice experience. Can not wait to come back.

Nice relaxing vacation

Nice location and view of the ocean. Did not like the construction happening that caused unwanted noise and the biggest pool wasn’t open. Would of liked to of been told that previous to coming.

As for the construction, this was noted in our listing that the property was undergoing a window renovation and that the large pool may not be available, thus the reason for the discounted rates. We also provided the complimentary beach lounge chair service to compensate for the unavailability of the large pool. We hope you took advantage of the complimentary beach chair service and enjoyed them as well.

Wonderful!

This little cottage was perfect for my future husband and I! It was cozy and super comfortable. Everything we needed was here. Our host, Ms. Melissa, was helpful and assisted us with anything we asked. We couldn't have asked for better! We will be back!

Beach Paradise

This condo was absolutely delightful. The decor was classic beach chic, and the view was breathtaking. I would highly recommend this condo to anybody who wants to come to head down to PCB for a lovely time. The owners were also excellent to deal with. The pre-visit communication could not be beat. They provided all of the information that. you needed for the trip.

Very clean Exactly as described

Very nice unit, very clean with great view. Easy access to Pineapple Willys. Plenty of parking. It is a busy area with some massive high rises around it so get up early to reserve your beach chairs. Hosts responded very quickly to reservation request and were very accommodating and kind. We didn’t use the kitchen but it’s new and clean. Very comfortable King bed which is hard to find at the Sunbird. We had a great stay!

Amazing hosts and location!

We had an amazing time staying here. This is our second time staying at the Sunbird and the location can’t be beat! Our favorite restaurant, Pineapple Willy’s, is next door and Walmart is a block away. Bart and Laura were wonderful hosts and answered any questions I had. Everything was listed just as expected and there were no surprises! We plan on coming back again next year and hopefully can stay in the same unit! My family was sad to leave, but we may plan a 10 night next trip!! Thank you, Bart and Laura for being amazing hosts!

Love love love

The stay was perfect. We love the condo because it’s very quiet and not too many kids. The bed was big and nice and the view perfect. Only issue we had was with the gate security. We’ve stayed here twice now and never once had to enter code into drive into gate the staff at gate is usually very nice friendly and welcoming However one person got upset with us because we questioned why we had to enter code and was refusing to let us in after showing them parking pass. They eventually let us in but it was after a long wait. They did the same to people behind us. We talked to supervisor next day and they told us it up to guards discretion but generally parking pass is enough and it’s a friendly jester just to open gate for renters. Besides that the stay was amazing. We will for sure be coming back.

Above and Beyond!!

From the moment we booked, Bart and Laura were so kind and gracious and helpful. Absolutely wonderful to work with! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! For years I've dreamed of a vacation ON the beach - not a block from the beach, not across the street from the beach - ON the beach. And that is exactly what I got! Down the elevator, walk around the pool - BAM! Feet in the sand! When I opened the door to the condo and saw that view out the dining room window - I was blown away!! And the panoramic view of the beach and the gulf from the living room windows, sliding doors and balcony was heavenly! When we weren't on the beach, we were looking at it. Day and night! So perfect. The condo itself was even better than pictured - bright and beautiful, clean, comfortable. Just wonderful! I would stay at any of Bart and Laura's properties and in particular 706W again - in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Exceptionally clean which is the most important to me other than the view. Communication was great price is great and the view is wonderful. If I HAD to pick one thing to improve upon it would be firmer pillows and hangers for women where our clothes don’t fall off, but that’s just me being a princess ;) would def stay here again!!!! Can’t stress how clean it was
