Panama City Beach Sunbird Key Coastal Place. NEW rental available- booking now!

Welcome to Key Coastal, Sunbird 311 East. This is a newly redone amazing condo that is renting for its first season. This Beachfront condo boasts a 3rd floor amazing view of the sugar white sandy beach and the large center pool. This beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath condo comfortably sleeps 4. The bedroom has a queen bed while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a full size leather recliner. Right next door to the Sunbird is the renowned Pineapple Willies restaurant, only a short walk. Have lunch or dinner on their pier or grab a frozen drink to go. Sunbird is a gated community and has 24/7/365 security.

There are three pools with one being heated in the winter. There is a fitness center, pickleball/tennis courts, shuffleboard, volleyball on the beach and, of course, the sugar white sandy beach. The beach is only steps away from the condo. Not feeling beachy? Relax on your private balcony and just enjoy the view.

Deciding to stay in? The condo features a 55 inch television in the living room and a television in the bedroom, complete with Direct TV. Need to work or play on the computer? There is in unit free WiFi. Deciding to cook? There is a well stocked kitchen to prepare a delicious meal.

Guest registration (resort fee /parking) is $35 for entire stay along with $6 per person for armbands. This fee is not included in the booking fees and is paid directly to the Sunbird through Park N Spot. You will receive a link to handle this in advance to be pre checked in and expedite the start of your vacation when you arrive. Parking is limited to one vehicle per condo (There MAY be some exceptions in the off season or during Bike week). Parking is strictly enforced. There is additional pay parking in the area.

There is no smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. The primary renter must be at least 25 and must be with the rental party for the entire stay.

Check in is 4pm and check out 10am.

Free rental beach chairs are not included with this Unit. You may reserve and rent them on the beach or you may use the free beach chairs supplied inside the unit. Just bring your beach towels!

Excellent unit in a great location! Very clean with new or nearly new furnishings and appliances. Wonderful view of Gulf and pool area. Easy walking distance to several attractions and eateries. Host was kind, responsive, and helpful. AC worked great for us. Our favorite things: the balcony view, the proximity to Pineapple Willy’s and the PW cups in the kitchen that got us discounted drinks at the restaurant, super comfy bed and recliner, flashlights available for night walk on beach, great people watching during the day and quiet at night, fast WiFi!

We was very pleased with the room. Best place we have stayed at by far at pcb. From now on all my families vacations will be here. Room was very clean and any thing you need is already here. Not to far from the elevator. Big nice bathroom. Full kitchen. And host was very nice. Highly recommend staying here. Over view of the middle pool. And still able to see the beach from balcony.

This is my first time using the platform.I’m impressed with this property. As a picky traveler, I’m used to worrying about cleanliness and amenities, but everything exceeded my expectations. The host thought of everything - a box with spare batteries and tools, all beach equipment like umbrella and chairs including canopy; brand‑new coffee and smoothie makers, all pots and pans. The place is freshly renovated (not cheaply!), super comfortable.The balcony view is perfect. Check‑in instructions were clear and sent ahead of time, the third‑floor location means no long elevator waits and you can comfortably use stair if needed.The east‑wing unit is quiet despite nearby restaurants (Pineapple willies is on West side), and the condominium staff keep the pool and common spaces in good condition. The gym is top‑notch, even featuring a C2 rowing machine and free weights. If I could, I'd even give six stars. Right now, the bar is set so high for any rentals.We traveled with two adults and a four-year-old, and our boy loved it.Also worth mentioning, Condominion offers direct TV with a full channel lineup. When the World Cup started, we were ready to watch it - big high five to the owner.

My stay at Sunbird Beach Resort Condo 311E was absolutely wonderful! The condo was cozy, quiet, extremely clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The owner was incredibly nice, professional, helpful, and communicated exceptionally well from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.My fiancé and I were in town to relax while finishing the final touches for our August 2026 wedding, and this condo provided the perfect atmosphere to unwind and focus. Coming from busy Atlanta, where I work full-time in medical management, peace and comfort are very important to me when I travel.As a part-time travel agent, I travel often to recharge and experience different properties, so when I leave a positive review, it truly means something.This condo exceeded my expectations in every way, and I will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and welcoming place in Panama City Beach!
