Modern home located in most desirable area of North Nanaimo with 2-minute walk to ocean side park. This clean very spacious (1,300 sq ft) 2-bedroom suite in lower level has its own entrance, 9ft ceilings, each bedroom has queen size bed and desk, queen size sofa bed in reading room, kitchen area, comfortable sitting room with 55” smart TV, electric fireplace, large deck with BBQ, table & chairs. Convenient central location close to; Departure Bay Ferry, Woodgrove Mall, Walmart, Costco and Superstore. Short walk to oceanside parks; Neck Point & Pipers Lagoon with many walking trails & beaches. Also, short walk to Pipers Pub. After your walk you can relax in the hot tub, read from choice of 200 books or play some board games: chess, backgammon, cribbage, trivial pursuit, dominos, monopoly and more.

Very clean, every thing you need, and walking distance to a spectacular ocean side park. A very enjoyable place.

Brian and his wife are very courteous hosts. It was a comfortable stay. Everything was pristine. Beautiful hot tub and patio. We can highly recommend!

First time in Nanaimo
Picked this out of the blue, was a great choice! We had plenty of room for 2 adults and two kids, the hot tub was great, we had a nice relaxing visit

This was an impeccably clean basement suite a short walk from beautiful Neck Point Park. Would stay again.

Amazing stay, place was clean, beautiful morning sun, hot tub was great, and very open and bright. Loved the deck!!

Lovely place to Stay
We had a great time. Brian responded to any messages really quickly. Location was quiet but only 15 mins out of the city centre. The space was very clean and super cute. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay!
We stayed for one week while our kids were in hockey provincials. After cheering our hearts out it was super nice to relax in the hot tub.
