Great location and unit was perfect. Surprised my wife for her 70th bday and had room for our two older children and two grandchildren for the surprise! Unit is laid out for the perfect family or friend gettogether! Katrina our host was super responsive and accomdating!

Our stay at Idle Wave was fantastic! The property is clean, nicely furnished and provides a beautiful view of the Gulf. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, including beach gear and every detail has been attended to. Our teenage sons and their friends enjoyed the downstairs area while my husband and I occupied the loft area. We could not have asked for better beach access to both the gulf and the bay. We would definitely return to this property.

We enjoyed our stay! The loft floor and the stairs leading to it are not child safe. We were able to block the stairs leading to the loft so we had no issues.

Sunset Splendor

Our stay was with 3 generations and it was perfect! We adults enjoyed all the indoor "sun" space and our great grandchildren loved their room. The beach is right there to enjoy!

Perfect for 3 Generation Family Vacation

This is a beautiful condo with amazing views of the Gulf. We brought my mom with us and the loft area was perfect for her. We love being able to walk to the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked better than most places we have stayed. Can't really walk to anything besides the beach but the drive is short.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was wonderful. The condo was very nice and clean. We loved the clear water and white sand! Very relaxing to be on the beach during the day and play Uno in the evening and enjoy the view. We would also go watch the sunset from the canal. We loved it! Thank you!

Good host, clean condo

The condo was very clean and in a good location for families. We have small children and it wasnt too crowded. We stayed the first week of August and the sound was actually more rough than the gulf side. But the location was great so the beach wasnt too crowded. Communication was great with the host.

We had a girls trip to enjoy soaking up the sun. This was more like a home than just a condo. Next time we book it we will know to only bring our clothes. This beautifully decorated home was fully stocked. And had an icemaker that actually worked!! And Good beach chairs for customer use. The location was away from all the hustle and bustle of the stores/restaurants but the trolley took us right there. (Only runs til Labor Day weekend). Therefore it was a peaceful beach time! Not over crowded one bit!! At night seeing the moon and stars off the balcony was breathtaking. Wildlife spotting was also plentiful .At first I was bummed because it is across the street from the beach, BUT the walk was literally less than most wooden walkways connected to a beachfront. The owners communication with us was always easy and quick.
This appears to be AI, but it is not. Low lights b/c of turtle hatching timeframe. Just WOW-
One afternoon there was about 20 dolphins playing
He came basically everyday to fish
Lightening storm one night.

We grew up going to the beach on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and find that nothing relaxes and restores us quite like some extended down time enjoying the sand and surf! We thought nothing could ever supplant our favorite childhood beach, Rehoboth, DE, but we were wrong. Pensacola beach's clear blue waters and sugar white sands have won us over! Our family loves to travel and we have made investing in vacation homes our family business. We strive to create the kind of places that we would want to stay ourselves. Main Level:
Settle into the open-concept living area, featuring plush seating, a large HDTV with a Bluetooth sound system, and stunning Gulf views through expansive windows.
The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes a wet bar and a dedicated ice maker, making meal prep and cocktail hour a breeze.
Step out onto the Gulf-front balcony, complete with an electric grill for seaside cookouts.
Unwind in the unique solarium lounge with a telescope for stargazing, or use the dedicated workspace if you need to connect.
A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:
•Primary Suite: A true top-floor sanctuary featuring a king bed, a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a private Gulf-front balcony to savor your morning coffee. Loft Bedroom: A stylish queen bedroom located in a cozy loft space, which is open to the main floor below.
