Unwind in the spacious living room or sunroom, both offer access to a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. In addition to the living room balcony, the master bedroom also features its own gulf-view private balcony, creating the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise or sunset over the water.

After a day in the sun, relax indoors with flat-screen TVs throughout the condo and complimentary WiFi. The living room provides a theatre-like experience with a 100” TV. With 5 Smart TVs you can bring your own streaming device and conveniently connect via HDMI/USB or simply log in to your favorite streaming app on the TVs. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Located at Palm Beach Club, the property offers Gulf access with an easy walkover just steps away. Along with spectacular beaches there is also a sound-front pool (heated March through November) and a calmer beach area behind the property — perfect for families with small children. You’ll also be right next to the entrance of the Gulf Islands National Seashore, where you can enjoy peaceful walks along miles of untouched shoreline. A snorkeling park is located just behind the property in Santa Rosa Sound for even more outdoor fun.

Elevators are available on the property, so there’s no need to carry luggage or groceries upstairs.  There is covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Please note: The interior of the condo has short staircases leading up to the living area, down to the master and second bedroom, and another set leading up to the third and fourth bedrooms. 

A two-night minimum stay applies during spring, fall, and winter.
