We came on a girls trip to Fort Lauderdale for a brief getaway. The house was easy to check in, it was clean and we enjoyed the pool area immensely. Grace was very responsive when we needed anything at all. I would highly recommend staying at this house because it’s also in a great location to bars, restaurants and to the beach. We were able to Uber everywhere with only a 1-2 average wait time.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect just a short walk to Las Olas Boulevard with plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Check-in was smooth, parking was convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed the comfort and charm of this place and would happily stay here again!

The only complaint was the actual sleeping accommodations. The loft area overlooked the living room and was noisy. The room with twin beds got very warm over night. The third room had a split system air conditioner which made a lot of noise at different times. Otherwise, the place was great.

Glad you had a great stay! The loft area is the 3rd bedroom with the king bed as pictured, actually glad to have it confirmed as such for future guests. Obviously the noise in loft depends on your own group. We have not had other compliants about AC in the house or for split AC in queen bedroom so maybe it was a problem during guest stay that was not reported to us.

Perfect House & Location

The house was perfect for our stay in FLL; 6 adults and 1 infant. Plenty of room for everyone. One block off of Las Olas, plenty of parking, house was clean and had everything we needed. Grace the property manager was more than helpful throughout the booking process and while we were there. Quick responses and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Anniversary

We stayed a 5 nights. The place was nice and clean. Check in was simple. Pretty close to everything on las olas. We used the Circuit transport everywhere. Plenty of towels and extra rooms. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there. The only negatives I would say is that the surrounding neighborhood is pretty loud with lots of construction and the hotel/ motel next door gets pretty loud. The pool was nice but due to the palm trees there were always leaves and bugs in the pool falling off the tree. Also if your going to layout by the pool, the neighbors in the apartment make it a little awkward since they can just look down on you from the balcony. The trees don’t block the second story view. Other than those minor things, I would stay again.

Thank you for the review. There is not a hotel/motel next door or surrounding property at all. There is a two story apartment building next door. It is covered by the bamboo we have as is pictured in listing. If I could add a current picture to this response I would to show how landscaping gives privacy. Neighbors can possibly only see side of house where we keep garbage cans ...not pool area. Since your during your stay it did rain alot the open pool due to the lush landscaping surrounding it got debris in it. We have the pool serviced and cleaned once a week and there is a pool net provided on property. There is also no current constrution in area or any empty lots where possible constrution can be in future.

Amazing Location. Responsive Host.

Overall, the property is conveniently located steps from Las Olas Boulevard for those looking to take in and enjoy the local restaurants and shops. Grace was very accommodating letting us check in a few hours early and was quick to respond to any questions. Most things in the unit functioned and there were ample towels. I’m giving this 4-stars because overall I think more could be done to make for a more positive customer experience. First, I got a sense of defensiveness from Grace when asking about the warmth of the pool or lack of hot tub. I also see this defensiveness in replies to the reviews of other guests. That’s not how you deliver an amazing customer experience. Just take the feedback. On that note, I do think it needs to be clearer that the unit does NOT have a functioning hot tub. It was clearly designed to have one, but It doesn’t really function. Also, there were a number of small things such as a broken soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. The provided toiletries weren’t all that great. The linens also felt a bit cheap. This is a solid 4-star experience, but to give it an a higher review wouldn’t be fair to other hosts who provide a more elevated experience.

I'm sorry you took some of my communication as defensive. That certainly wasnt my intention and I apoligize if it came across that way. I just try to be clear as possible in answering some questions. It's not easy to explain why a open pool is not able to maintain 83/84 degrees when temperature outside drops into the 40's which is rare in Florida.. I also had pool company verify the next day after your heat questions that the heat was working properly. I dont advertise a hot tub but I do understand why some would think it might be from pictures. Also I only have one other review that I dispute guest based on facts that were incorrect and can be verified by googling area. (no hotel motel next door).
