Everything was wonderful. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The grounds were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved it and hope to stay again one day in the near future.

Perfect Spring break

My husband and I stayed here for a week in March. Beautiful house and accurately described. Everything you could need was provided. Great communication with very friendly and helpful hosts too. I loved sitting out on the dock overlooking the water. Wonderful rental.

The home is outstanding. Very clean and new. Well stocked. Even large round ice cubes for my evening Bourbon drink. My wife and I were seeing our son who lives in Ft Lauderdale. Great home to relax and catch up with each other

Loved the property! Host very accommodating and helpful. Only areas that need improvement are heated pool , whirlpool and a tv is needed in the living room. Other than the house was great!

Gorgeous place

The house and backyard were even better than the pictures. The beds were huge and so very comfy giving great nights of sleep. Lots of pool towels available. Washer and dryer helped with packing for the return trip home. We enjoyed many an evening in the hot tub, and many a morning drinking coffee sitting in the adirondeck chairs admiring the view of the canal.

The house was immaculately clean and very private in a great neighborhood with shops and restaurants close by. The hosts answered the few questions we had quickly. The kitchen was very will appointed and the house was quiet at night. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful house with private pool that is walkable to many great restaurants and shopping. Took many bike rides to the beach. Neighborhood is very walkable, safe, and friendly. Amenities were plenty and hosts were very responsive.

Terrific Hosts!

We enjoyed our 9 day stay here. The house was clean and simple. The home came with everything you need. High end appliances in kitchen. The pool & hot tub were amazing. The location was walking distance to many restaurants & shops. A short drive to Los Olas Blvd. The neighborhood was beautiful. Ed & Nancy couldn't have been more accommodating hosts! If there was an issue, they fixed it right away. Their communication with us was awesome. I would highly recommend this property.

July stay

All good except for these items: Pool was advertised, and paid extra for the pool over other properties, however, the pool was really dirty and it had a leak, so the water level was low. The dirty pool was the reason for not using the pool other than the first and only day we used it. Also the construction next door made it uncomfortable to sit out by the pool. And the last thing was the work being done on the canal, other than the weekend, couldn't take advantage of sitting down at the dock. The boat tight up at the dock should be examined for any damages that may have been done by the barrage as it was being moved up and down the canal.

Delightful stay

We stayed for a week at this beautiful home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we even got to take the boat for a ride. Overall very clean and comfortable stay for 4th or July getaway. The host was easy to get ahold of and friendly.

Beautiful House and Amazing Pool

We had a wonderful week with our two teens in this beautiful house. The house is located in a nice and safe neighborhood very close to Las Olas Boulevard. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed very much the evenings at the riverside. Eduardo and Nancy are very helpful and kind. Thank you. We would definately recommend this gem.
