PRIMARY BATHROOM: Walk-in shower, towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner

SECOND BEDROOM: Queen bed, room darkening curtains

THIRD BEDROOM: Two Twins (trundle pull-out), room darkening curtains

LIVING ROOM: sofa, 2 sitting chairs, FireTV with streaming apps, 2 sitting chairs, ceiling fan

DINING BEDROOM: 6 table and chairs, family games (in buffet)

KITCHEN: fridge, microwave, drip coffee, ground coffee/tea, silverware, wine glasses, mugs, cups and plates (Qty 8 each), children's dinnerware, knives, pots/pans, skillets, baking dishes/sheets, mixing bowls, dish sponge/towel, oven mitt, salt, pepper, dishwasher, dish detergent, paper towels --- (starter quantities are provided only. It is the guests' responsibility to provide these items once they have run out)

HALLWAY BATHROOM: Shower/tub, towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner

PARKING: Backyard, on-site parking for 3 vehicles and hitched trailers

WASHER & DRYER: clothes detergent (starter quantity)

PETS - we are happy to host one (1) hypoallergenic dog 50lbs or smaller for a $80 pet fee (no other animal species, puppies, or incontinent dogs). Guests with unauthorized pets will be asked to leave with no refund. If your dog is a barker and causes disturbance to neighbors, you will be asked to end your stay. Dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations & flea/tick treatments, potty trained for outdoors (no puppy pads allowed) . Must stay off furniture and be leashed outdoors. Must not be left unattended (if left alone, must be crated). Owners will bag and dispose of poop inside & outside of fence.
