The 45 sqm apartment with balcony offers space for 1 to 4 people. The apartment has its own free car parking space and bicycle parking space on the property. The North Sea coast with the Perlebucht family lagoon is about a 3-minute walk away. All shops such as supermarkets, bakeries and butchers can be reached quickly. The surrounding landscape is ideal for hiking / mudflat hiking and cycling.

This apartment for non-smokers has modernized equipment and is only about 300 meters from the beach. Here you have everything for a relaxing holiday in one place. The apartment includes: • Living room with comfortable seating. The couch has a sleep function. Flat-screen TVs and DVD players, as well as board games for children, offer variety if you don't have a day at the beach. • Dining area for 4 people • New fitted kitchen with stove (ceramic hob with 4 hotplates), oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Of course there are enough pots and dishes. • 1. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables with lighting and wardrobe. • 2. Bedroom with single beds across a corner • Shower room with sink and toilet, hairdryer. • From the living room you have direct access to the furnished balcony. Outdoor lighting is available for relaxing in the evening,  • The apartment is on the 1st OG,  • All rooms are easy to maintain with wipeable floors. • WiFi is free,  • Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are centrally available for common use. 

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet aber leider vorkommen verdreckt. In der Küche und im Bad herrschen unhygienische Zustände. Ekelerregend. Wir nehmen seit Jahren Ferienwohnungen und haben solche Zustände noch nie vorgefunden. Es können gerne auch Bilder zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung nah am Deich, gut geschnitten mit eher kleiner, aber ausreichender Küche. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage, leider nicht richtig sauber

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön fußläufig in wenigen Minuten bis zur Familienlagune. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten: Es gibt ausreichend Platz in den zwei Zimmern und das Wohn- und Esszimmer und der Balkon sind groß, Bad und Küchennische sind eher klein. Wir haben kaum etwas von den anderen Gästen mitbekommen. Die Ausstattung war gut, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher kommen aus der Büsumer Wäscherei und man kann mit den anderen Gästen gemeinschaftlich Waschmaschine und Trockner nutzen. Die Fahrräder können trocken und sicher abgestellt werden. Abzug gibt es, weil es leider nicht richtig sauber war. Dusche und Waschbecken waren nur grob gewischt, der Fußboden war nicht richtig gesaugt und die Matrazenschoner hätten gut eine Wäsche vertragen. Da haben wir selbst nachgeputzt und gewaschen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur als auch mit dem Hausmeisterservice war gut. Fehlende Dinge in der Wohnung wurden direkt vorbeigebracht.

Innen hui, aussen pfui

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (bis auf ein blechern klingendes Mini-CD-Radio). Leider waren auch einige Mängel vorhanden, die bei der Reinigung hätten bemerkt und abgestellt werden können. Ärgerlich war der wohl in diesem Jahr noch nicht gereinigte Balkon.
