In the heart of the Bad Kreuznach "historic old town" is our chic, modern apartment "Altstadt-Herz 5". There is a large, fully equipped roof terrace (40sqm) available. With sun loungers, lounge corner, dining table, electric grill, drinks and wine fridge and beautiful potted plants for Mediterranean flair. Enjoy the view over the roofs of the old town with a glass of wine on our roof terrace.

kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with seating, oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, etc.

living room

In the living room (which is decorated in harmonious shades of gray) you can relax on a comfortable sofa (pull-out). There is a smart flat-screen TV (Netflix & Amazon available) with satellite connection and programs in different languages, a mini stereo system with Bluetooth and mp3 and of course free WiFi. There are ceiling speakers in the kitchen and in the bathroom, so that you can enjoy your favorite music, whether on the radio or directly via smartphone or tablet, even while cooking or showering.

bedroom

The bedroom offers a comfortable 1.60 m wide bed (allergy-friendly). Depending on the length of your stay, towels and bed linen can be changed after 1 week, if desired. The wardrobe with 1.50m width offers enough space (hangers available).

Towels, bath towels and a hair dryer are available in the spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower, modern vanity and washing machine.

location

The building consists of two residential units. Your apartment is on the 2nd Floor. In your neighborhood there are numerous restaurants (Italian, Greek and German cuisine), as well as ice cream parlors, cafés and bistros. You live in the heart of the beautiful historic old town with a 10 minute walk to Kauzenburg. If you want to explore the surrounding sights by bus or train, you can reach the bus stop within 2 minutes.
