This 65sqm holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Döse, the Duhnen spa district can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, the beach is only 500m away. The house extends over 2 floors, on the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and washing machine. The ground floor offers a spacious living room with adjacent dining area, as well as the kitchen, which is equipped with all common kitchen utensils, including a dishwasher. The kitchen and dining area offer enough space for a leisurely breakfast or dinner, and when the weather is nice you can of course also use the terrace, which can be shaded with an electric awning. You can also grill here. In the living room there is also a TV and a music system. You will also find a storage room and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Of course, the apartment also includes a free parking space.
