Location-Location-Location. Come stay in this remodeled condo that not only has a fantastic location, but an awesome VIEW. I have just completed a remodel (Dec 2015) that includes new wood look porcelain tile throughout the inside to compliment the granite countertops. In addition there is a new flat top stove, new microware and new dishwasher to compliment the ice in the door refrigerator. Newly painted walls round out the remodel. A new dining set was added in Jan 2017.

Gulf Front, directly on the beach, about 1/3 mile from Hwy 59/West Beach Blvd intersection. Right in the heart of Gulf Shores. Unobstructed views from this 6th floor condo, watch parasailing and kite surfing from living room or balcony. Or go for a parasail yourself, vendor is within walking distance(during summer season). Tropic Isles is a low density condo with only 40 units in the building with an outdoor pool. Very family friendly.

This one bedroom has a queen bed in the bedroom, plus bunk beds in the hall. Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Fully furnished kitchen, with side by side fridge with ice & water in the door. Granite countertops, backsplash, sink & faucet in kitchen. Has microwave, coffee maker, blender, 2 flat screen tv's, wi-fi and toaster. Front load washer and dryer. Full bath has double granite vanity and tub/shower combo. Central air conditioner & heat.

Don't miss the Shrimp Festival or Song Writers Festival.

Gulf Shores is a family friendly area with beautiful white beaches. Living in the area, Gulf Shores was the perfect fit for me. Tropic Isles is a low density complex with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. When I opened the door and could see the beach from there, I knew I had found the Place for me.

What makes this condo unique

Walking distance to many restaurants and Gulf State Pier. Easy to call down to the kids at the pool. Right in the center of Gulf Shores. Close to the Shrimp Festival.

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. My kids and I needed a break from the Indiana weather. We had a wonderful week. The view was great and the location couldn't have been better. This was the first vacation I have taken by myself with my 3 kids and felt safe and comfortable here. We hope to be back again.

Absolutely Amazing Vacation!

My family and I had the most amazing time at Gulf shores this year! We enjoyed your condo immensely! Perfectly decorated, extremely clean (I'm very picky) and had all the amenities we needed. My husband complained of bad internet but I thought that was a plus! LOL!!! The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The location of your condo put us in walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and fun activities. We parked our car on Saturday and didn't get back in it til the following Saturday! Of course we went to grocery store before we arrived to condo. We will definitely be staying here again!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Can't beat the location. Can walk to everything.

Parking under the building, all shaded. The building elevator was working great. Multiple loading carts and grocery carts are available to carry luggage and groceries easily to condo.

Beach is right outside your door. Small building means the beach is never crowded in that area. Unbelievable view. Very nice pool and is never crowded. Condo is very clean and smells clean, no bleach smell or sticky floors. Fully stocked kitchen. Basic cleaning supplies and vacuum to keep things nice during your stay. Very organized. Owner is very easy to work with. Owner obviously takes pride in the condo. Everything has been updated throughout. Beach chairs, umbrella, toys and much more available. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available. The washing machine and dryer are priceless. So many extra small things the owner offers that you won't find anywhere else. Definitely a vacation home away from home. Have stayed in this building several times, this is the only condo we have returned to and will continue to return to.

Beautiful property. Beautiful view.

My family and I absolutely loved our time in Vicky's condo. With her extra touches from beach toys to a box fan and a fully stocked kitchen we felt right at home. It's location is perfect! A short walk to local restaurants and shopping and the ability to watch dolphins from the balcony made our trip special. We cannot thank her enough for sharing this property with us. I highly recommend renting this property or any property with Vicky.

Great location

Great location on beach and area.

Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Tip: go to the flip flop shop it's a little food bar, great chili dogs, walking tacos, sandwiches and yummy cinnamon rolls.

Condo itself has been updated. A few of those must have necessities are provided, trash bags, dish soap, blender, and of course pots and pans etc.

Another Wonderful Visit

We had another wonderful visit this year, our 6th stay at Vicky ' condo. The weather cooperated for the most part. We love the new table, did jigsaw puzzles and crafts on it. Looking forward to next spring, already booked. Thank you for the comfy vacation home.
