The property has been updated and features private beach access. A newly renovated pool (December 2024) is heated and offers year round enjoyment, open from sunrise to dusk with the deepest depth at 8ft. Outdoor enjoyment of bar-b-q area and indoor work/conference room. Laundry room on each floor and steps away from the unit with progress notifications on your phone.
Marco Island beach is a paradise for all and a favorite for walking, running & to enjoy shell collecting. The beach has the ideal packed sand walking access with spectacular Sunsets that take your breath away while sipping your favorite beverage.
Cleaning service including towel & bed linen change is provided every 15 days, for extended stays.
The unit has been newly furnished and re-done with a brand new fully equipped kitchen that provides from a single-serve Keurig coffee maker to a Mr Coffee full carafe. Additionally the kitchen includes a large capacity air fryer, food processor, blender & many basic necessities. You'll have easy access within steps from the elevator, storage & laundry room. The spacious bedroom/bath Ensuite has a new king size bed with high rated bedding along with a walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen size bed and additional closet space. If additional bedding is needed, the queen size sofa has a soft extra thick foam mattress for comfort. If you need to work while you play (we recommend you disconnect), you have WiFi and a flip top coffee table in the living room that facilitates a quick play/work transition. For entertainment you have a smart TV with access to Netflix, Peacock and apps that give you easy access to your favorite shows and channels. The unit faces the Island and does not offer a balcony, but is on the beach with private beach access. Don't worry about beach gear, we have you covered from a tent, wagon, cooler, umbrellas, chairs & towels. All stored in a private use storage room next to the unit.
Please note: After booking, all guests are required to fill out an application and pay a fee of $150 per applicant (per adult or married couple) with the Tradewinds association. This application will be sent once you have confirmed your reservation and needs to be sent in 30 days in advance. This gets paid directly to the Tradewinds Condo Association. Rental periods are a minimum of 30 days (except for February).

Very supportive host. Building is in amazing location relative to all others, just steps to the beach. Modern clean unit with everything needed. No balcony or ocean view, but if you are spending most your time out, it is a great and convenient spot. Marco Island is chill with great beach and plenty of good eating!

Comfortable location to explore the Everglades
We enjoyed all the activities Marco Island and the Everglades offered. The condo was clean, folks were friendly, location was perfect. We spent a lot of time bird watching, walking the beach. Our hostess was prompt when we had a question. Good time!

Great Location

Christmas on Marco.
We have been traveling to the macho island area for over a decade. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ada's property. It was perfect for our family of 4 and gave us easy actest to all things on Marco Island. The booking experience and personal assistance we received from Ada was 2nd to none. I highly recommend this to anybody looking for a nice place to stay on a beautiful island. The apartment was spacious and Ada even went to the trouble to treat us with some welcome gifts. The apartment is located on the beach with easy access to Tiger tail. We also were a 5 minute drive from South Beach..

Amazing Location!
There are so many positive things to say about this property. The location (on beach and close to restaurants), cleanliness, responsiveness of the owner when issues were reported, well stocked kitchen, beach equipment was provided, comfortable beds and the most amazing cleaning service halfway through my stay. Residents and other renters were so kind, helpful and there were a lot of fun activities scheduled . After having said that, there were a few disappointments as well, including proximity to the elevator (you could easily hear it day and night), beach chairs were uncomfortable, cooler was styrofoam, and ill fitting/ poor quality sheets. Although the kitchen was well stocked and had a variety of appliances I had to purchase a spatula, colander and vegetable peeler. It would have been helpful to have information about Marco island, the unit and the rules of the condo (which may not seem like a big deal but I brought snacks to the pool and that is a big no no). The windows in the unit were also VERY dirty. In all fairness this may be an issue with the HOA but because there is no balcony and very limited views I would hope that the windows could be kept cleaner.

Hi Bridget, Thank you for your thorough review. Truly a great review and I appreciate the feedback. I do wish you would have pointed them out earlier so I could have addressed it during your stay. I provide my cell number and I respond immediately to texts. With regards to the areas of improvements I have already addressed them so the next guest can benefit from your comments and we can improve on our service. I addressed the windows with the association manager and they have already cleaned and addressed the windows. I had a cooler in the supply closet and perhaps the last guest replaced it with the Styrofoam one and we had not been advised. We will replace that shortly. We do note in our check-in instructions that guests become familiar with the rules & regs that are provided in the unit and in the lobby. I have now added the particular ones you mentioned and some additional ones to the check in instructions. Thank you again for choosing Deering Oasis!

We vacationed in Marco Island many years and love it so much we decided to purchase. We live most of our time in Miami, Fl but nothing compares to Marco Island beaches. That is why we decided to purchase in the summer of '22 and remodeled the unit and prepared it for others to enjoy the beautiful beaches and sunsets that Marco has to offer.

If you want to be a bit more adventurous you also have plenty of water sport activities in South part of the beach as well as air boat rides within the half hour. The Tradewinds is also within 30 minutes from Naples and it's various eating and shopping experiences.
