Newly renovated 2 Bedroom South Seas Tower 3 Crescent Beach

Welcome to our island paradise. Enjoy incredible unobstructed views of Marco’s crescent beach from our completely renovated (2023) condominium at South Seas Tower 3 Unit 1107. Features include new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, glass subway tile backsplash, recessed lighting and all the quality cookware and essentials. Large flat screen smart TVs in living room and each bedroom. Brand new furnishings throughout, including luxurious, comfortable mattresses and bedding. Stunning gulf views from every room, each with access to the large balcony ideal to entertain, watch magnificent sunrises and sunsets, sunbathe, or just simply relax. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island offering beach and bay access with BOAT SLIPS available for lease. Beautiful manicured landscaped grounds and fabulous amenities including pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bike storage, exercise room, shuffleboard, putting green, bocce ball, barbecue-picnic area and on-site management. All this in a centrally located gated community close to shops and restaurants. And a walk right out to the BEACH!!

Registration is required for all guests of South Seas. The fee is $100 and includes parking for one car for the length of your stay. Additional cars will pay an additional fee. This fee is not included in the VRBO payments, it is paid directly by the guest at check in with the management office.

The beach front condo was outstanding! Chris has thought of everything to make your stay easy and fun. From coffee, to beach equipment, to phone chargers, to a great kitchen setup! Very clean and recently remodeled.

The property was lovely and looked like the pictures. There were detailed and helpful instructions for everything. We had a nice view down the beach. We were able to walk to many places but you could also rent bikes easily. Would book again!

Chris was fantastic to work with. Provided all information we needed prior to checking in. Unit exceeded our expectations. Was impressed with details like providing charging cables for multiple devices in bedrooms and living area, soft close cabinetry, kitchen supplies, and smart tvs to name a few. Very clean. Would stay again.

Beautiful location. Condo is very clean, well appointed with toiletries, kitchen items, linens, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, beach supplies. Complex amenities are all very well maintained and easy to access. We enjoyed the tennis, workout room, shuffle board, putting green and pool - all were great. Complex was busy but very quiet. This unit was close to elevator, laundry and trash which was convenient. We enjoyed everything and hope to return. A bit pricey but we went over spring break so that was expected.

Everything was just perfect. Exactly as described. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We loved the views and the fact that we got the morning sun on our balcony. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. We did get bad weather which stunk but the unit was so comfortable the days we stayed in were just fine.

We loved our stay at South Seas! The condo was perfect for our family of four, with a beautiful sunny view of the water from the large balcony. It was thoughtfully appointed and the owner, Chris was very communicative and responsive throughout the process. We would definitely come back!

This by far was the nicest condo we have stayed in at South Seas and this was our 4th year. The kitchen was fully eqipped with everything and then some. Beautiful renovations, extremely clean, and the host added wonderful extras like makeup towels for women and phone chargers in each bedroom! Host was wonderful, very responsive and we can't wait to stay here again next year!!!

Beautiful Beach Vibes

Felt very safe and secure. Weather was perfect. The balcony and pool are fabulous! 5 ladies on this trip celebrating a birthday, spring break and chemo completion!!! We all needed this therapy!!!

Excellent stay!

Place as advertised- looked so new that it looks like we were the first ones to stay in the condo. Well stocked- they have thought of everything and give plenty of extra supplies! Great view from the patio and heated pool was an added plus. We are already talking about a return trip. 100% recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Top Notch Condo on Marco Island

I can't imagine staying anywhere else on Marco. The unit was immaculate, new, and so tasteful in the decorations. Conveniently located near everything and not over-crowded. Next time we go, we will stay here again!
