The Space:

Welcome to Capitola Vistas, a charming two-bedroom unit located in the heart of Capitola village. This recently updated unit is perfect for anyone seeking a clean, modern, and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

One bedroom features a luxurious king bed and the cozy second bedroom a queen bed.



Just steps from your door, you'll find great restaurants, lively nightlife, and numerous shops. Capitola is a historic and atmospheric coastal town with plenty of surf spots and boutique shops. The town is beloved by beachgoers and surfers, yet it retains its distinctive and quaint character.



The unit includes a reserved parking space for your convenience. Additionally, a shared laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer is available for use. One dog is allowed with a $75 non-refundable pet fee, but please note that due to the close proximity of the other apartments on the property, we ask that the dog is not left unattended in the unit due to noise concerns.



Whether you're traveling with your family or on your own, Capitola Vistas is the perfect choice for your next visit to Capitola by the Sea.

My family really enjoyed this rental unit. It was clean upon arrival and was stocked with enough bathroom and kitchen supplies. The location is excellent. Just steps away from Capitola Beach and all the shops and restaurants. Surf City Rentals was very good at message communication before and throughout our stay. I will look to rent this unit again.

First off the beds were very comfortable, the accommodations were great and we were right in the heart of Capitola. Who needed a car you can use your feet to go everywhere you wanted to go. We of course went to Gayle's almost everyday.....thank you again for checking in on us. We will definitely we back. Great company to work with.

Absolutely Adorable Spot in the Perfect Location

We could not believe how cute the place was when we walked in! Clean, spacious, bright and located literally in the heart of Capitola. Walked to everything - 10/10 would recommend and will be returning!

Wonderful

This is a very nice condo in great condition and with very nice amenities. Loved the location, so close to the beach and village. Great views of the beach and ocean from several rooms and the nice balcony. On site parking was nice.

Beautiful Family vacation

We had such a wonderfully relaxing time staying in this beautiful vacation condo two blocks from the beach right in the center of the cute little town of Capitola. It’s close to a Whole Foods and the children’s museum is less than 10 minutes drive away for your under five-year-olds. We will definitely be coming to stay again!

Capitola- great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The floor plan allowed our family to find a private space as well a large living space for congregating. It was comfortable and located so close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the quietness of the location at night,.. although there was some traffic, it was very peaceful and comfortable.

Awesome Place

The best thing about this place is that it is wheelchair accessible which is what I needed for my husband. The master bedroom is amazingly spacious as is the living room and kitchen. Easy walk to the village.

Lovely weekend getaway!

We had such a lovely girls’ weekend at this beautiful condo! The location was absolutely perfect - just a couple blocks away from the beach, cute coffee shops, a convenience store, shopping, and so much more! The condo was clean, cute, and well appointed with amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect vacation spot

Really appreciated the clear communication from the owners. Honestly the apartment exceeded our expectations: clean, spacious, comfortable. The ocean view was spectacular. The location was perfect for our needs. I would recommend a stay here.

Great place & location

Good space. Location was great, although if you leave the windows open, it can be a bit noisy. But, they are double-paned so super quiet when closed. The addition of a parking space with this rental is a bonus. We had a great short stay and would highly recommended. Communication with Jody was excellent.
